2006

WEBCON was founded.

 In the same year, we acquired our first client.

2007

We released the first version of the WEBCON platform, embracing the low-code technology. Our goal was to provide clients with an efficient solution for document management and business process automation.

From the very beginning, we have prioritized flexibility, which led to the creation of our unique InstantChange™ technology. This innovation ensures that the cost of implementing changes in applications remains remarkably low, enabling companies to respond swiftly to evolving market needs and opportunities.

2011

We made our first international sale, marking the beginning of our journey toward global expansion.

2011

We establish a partnership with our first Partner, laying the foundation for a Partner Channel that now includes 75 companies across Poland, EMEA, and North America.

2013

The first edition of the WEBCON DAY conference brought together our clients and partners to exchange knowledge and experiences. A decade later, the event attracted over 500 digital transformation practitioners.

2018

We incorporate artificial intelligence into our product. Our customers gain the ability to leverage a combination of neural networks and OCR technology.

2020

We introduce WEBCON in a SaaS model to our offering. From now on, our customers can use WEBCON in alignment with their cloud adoption strategy—and can change their minds at any time.

2023

One of the largest Private Equity funds specializing in new technologies in Central Europe, MCI Capital, invests in WEBCON, opening a new chapter in the company’s history. The dynamic growth strategy includes further strengthening its leadership position in Poland, robust expansion in the DACH region, the further development of an international partner network, and the productization of solutions built on the WEBCON platform.

2025

We enter a new phase of growth as Michał Potoczek assumes the role of CEO.
