The Numbers Game # 28 – From Photos # 150

The Numbers Game # 29, July 8, 2024––Come play along!!!

These photos I found are:

• Little kitty looking at a turtle we found in the yard
• Another little kitty looking at the turtle
• My dog Dusty, from when I was a kid
• Close up of the turtle
• A rock on a rock – I painted the little rock red, and the word love in a heart. I left it on a large rock at a restaurant for someone to find.
• A business sign (Pure Water) with the message – Inspiration is just a sip away.
• Several more of my painted rocks with words, all colors
• My attempt at something creative (turned out weird and backward)  … explained below
• A green notebook # 6 that I wrote my fan fiction in, in longhand writing. I have about 20 or more of them.
• A collection of my old eyeglasses
• Me sitting on my first car (Ford Falcon -burgundy color) with the yellow flower power sticker on the side.
• A plant growing on my kitchen window one time with a red flower.
• A weird wall decoration at a restaurant – orange wall, brass? sun looking thing – haha
• A twilight sunset – gray clouds above orange and yellow sky, black below of houses.

Whew! That was a lot, and still wasn’t all of the photos on this number.

Okay, the artsy photo … out in the front yard by a tree. I have a pink pencil that was made to be silly in that it is very long and curled around in a circle. (I have no idea – I’ve had it for years) … I had a tiny glass bottle that had pink rocks in it (probably half an inch tall or so?) and the label said “wishes”. It’s supposed to be for a fairy garden I think. Anyway, I held the pencil up and it framed the little bottle in front of the tree bark. But for some reason the camera (phone) turned it around so the word was backwards on the bottle. I have no idea how that happened, but it did. It was like mirror image or something. So that’s the story of that. haha 🙂

There were a lot of photos in this one, and this is just a small sample variety.

• Me, years ago, being silly in the front yard by my car (a Ford Falcon)
• Doublemint chewing gum… bought in Germany, so has German writing on the label
• Dinosaur skeleton at a museum (I think a triceratops)
• Red hot electric stove burner coils
• I took part in a national radio survey once, keeping track of what I listened to, and this is just some stuff I pasted in my scrapbook (Arbitron Ratings)
• Giraffe I painted
• 2 horses I drew and colored
• Frying pan cooking bacon strips and a couple of sausages
• A turtle in our yard that wandered up from the lake next door
• A Book cover Xenocide by Orson Scott Card (a good one)
• A big cooler at the grocery store full of cold drinks of all kinds

• A photo I took in 1970 of ocean and mountain in Hawaii.
• A napkin from a fast food restaurant where I used to work many years ago, called Sandy’s (like McDonald’s but different)
