Simply Red Squares – Hummingbird & Flowers

For Becky’s challenge:

It’s time for the Square challenge again! This time the prompt is anything Red, and the only rule is the photo you use Must be Square! It’s a lot of fun to see what everyone comes up with. 🙂

LookOut; we’re running out of Square days!

We don’t really see hummingbirds here, but I did see some down in south TX one time. This one was flying around a bush of red flowers that was at the Indian Lodge hotel we stayed at in Ft. Davis Texas 🙂

Sorry the photo is not very clear. I had to be quick to get a shot of the  bird as it fluttered all around the flowers.  The second photo is of a magnet showing a Broad-tailed Hummingbird – Fort Davis, Texas – I got it there as a souvenir. It is flying around red flowers, too.

This is the only photo I have of a hummingbird. I never see them here, so this one I took when we were in Ft. Davis TX, at Indian Lodge.

I also have a little pin that looks like a hummingbird. I’ve had it since I was a kid, and that’s what I always called it.
