    DISCERNMENT AGAINST DISTRACTIONS

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "So I sent messengers to them, saying, 'I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down. Why should the work cease while I leave it and go down to you?' But they sent me this message four times, and I answered them in the same manner." Nehemiah 6:3-4 NKJV

    When you know you’re doing those great things you're called to do to the glory of God and benefit of humanity, and the mockers are bent on distracting your focus, attention and efforts, do not give in to their antics to stop, rather raise your level of concentration and focus on your tasks and responsibilities.

    The talks about you and your 'failures' and 'weaknesses' will not abate so soon, so go ahead and be imbued by their commentaries to greater things with and in God.
    Every honest great work, every honest great individual was mocked all the way into what and who they became.
    The mockeries are the antics of the enemy to distract you, don't fall for it; maintain focus on your mission.

    GOD'S UNLIMITED POWER AND ABILITY

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen." Ephesians 3:20-21 NIV.

    Paul, the apostle, is here, through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit reminding us of the nature of God's incredible love for us, His unlimited power and ability to work in, and mature Christ in us.
    His love for us is in no way limited by our expectations or limited understanding. He has the ability and capacity to do exceedingly and immeasurably above all that we ask or think. When you take a moment to reflect on, and consider how He has exceeded your expectations in the past, endeavour also to ask Him to expand your understanding of His love for you.

    When you take a cursory note of how God's love has exceeded your personal expectations in the past. You may want to write down some of these instances as a reminder of His faithfulness, and a source of encouragement for the future.
    His abundant immeasurable love for you is not in any doubt whatsoever. You would do better by keying in and become the beneficiary, to His glory.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    ABBA Father, thank You for Your abundant love for me. Help me to fully grasp the depth of Your love and to anticipate Your unlimited power at work in my life.

    Give me a greater capacity to expect and receive more of Your blessings.

    DARE TO BE DIFFERENT

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "Hezekiah trusted in the LORD, the God.... He held fast to the LORD..... And the LORD was with him" 2 Kings 18:5-7 NIV

    Hezekiah obediently followed the LORD in everything, and was careful to obey all of God’s commands to Moses, (vv. 3-6).

    King Hezekiah trusted God completely and also destroyed every idolatrous altar the other kings built that drew the people of Isreal away from God, (v4).

    If you want to have God's presence with you always, you must dare to be different from others, like Hezekiah. Even when everyone around you are doing the same thing.
    You should like Hezekiah in the context of our anchor Scripture dare to be different.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    Father LORD, I want to command Your presense in my life, marriage, family, business and ministry. Help me to trust You with all that I have.

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "When they came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter... So Moses cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet..." Exodus 15:23, 25 NKJV

    In the midst of whatever crisis you find yourself, what might be your darkest hour, that disaster that you think will spell your 'nunc dimitis', and your reversals; hear this, the Cross of the LORD Jesus will turn it all from darkness to light, from despair to hope, from bankruptcy to prosperity, from death to life.

    PREPARING YOUR VESSELS FOR GOD'S OVERFLOW

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "Ask for rain from the Lord at the time of the spring rain. It is the Lord Who makes the thunder clouds; And He will give them showers of rain, grass in the field to everyone." Zechariah 10:1 AMP.

    Not only will God's showers of rain cause the grass on every field to blossom, it will soak the dry grounds of your life; these rains will also fill your vessels to overflow also.

    And so, do not sit down there moping and gripping about the past, get your vessels set. It would also be 'disastrous' if you're not well-prepared as there would be heavy flood afterwards.

    Ask for the rain of God's blessings now.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    O God, You have blessed me bountifully in the outgone quarter, thank You Father. I am emboldened by Your word to ask You for more rain of Your blessings.

    LIVING TO DECLARE THE WORKS OF THE LORD

    A WORD FROM THE WORD

    "The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation. The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.
    I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD." Psalms 118:14-17 KJV.

    It is by the strength and mercies of the LORD that you are alive and shall continue to be, your life is not realised by your human strength, beauty or wisdom; and for the believing child of God, the essence of living is to declare the works of the LORD.
    You cannot as a child of God afford to pass through this life without extolling God's loving kindness, if not to endear others to Him, then for a testimonial confession.

    You will continually experience God's love and favour as you fully depend on and live for Him and make known His deeds.

    Go and declare His words.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    Father LORD, continue to be my strength and song. May the voice of rejoicing never cease in my life and family. And may the right hand of the LORD exalt me and mine valiantly.

It is by the strength and mercies of the LORD that you are alive and shall continue to be, your life is not realised by your human strength, beauty or wisdom; and for the believing child of God, the essence of living is to declare the works of the LORD. You cannot as a child of God afford to pass through this life without extolling God's loving kindness, if not to endear others to Him, then for a testimonial confession. You will continually experience God's love and favour as you fully depend on and live for Him and make known His deeds. Go and declare His words.     A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:" Colossians 1:14 KJV.

    The blood of Jesus Christ has the perpetual power of reconciliation, that is reconciling us to God.
    The blood of Jesus Christ brings to the believing child of God a change in status, from darkness to light. It makes us victorious, keeps us safe from every harm, danger and alarms.

    The blood of Jesus gives and brings us peace. It was shed among other things, to release us from the eternal penalty and the earthly power of our own sins. This freedom was not 'free,' since it is paid for by Christ's death; it cost Him everything. Resultantly, for the believer, the ultimate price has already been paid. This is grace: the ability to become a child of God, because God provided a free way to know Him by faith.

    LORD Jesus, I thank You for redeeming my soul so that I will join the hosts of heaven to rejoice in, and worship You. May I never lose sight of Your redeeming sacrifice for me and humanity.

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:" Colossians 1:14 KJV.

    The blood of the lambs used in the first Passover prefigured what the LORD Jesus came to do. It was posted on the doorpost of the Israelites houses in Egypt for exemption by the angel of the LORD who was on assignment to kill the Egyptian first sons, so also the blood of Jesus Christ, when we believe and receive Him as LORD and Saviour; is the veneer through which the Father sees us; it makes us acceptable to Him.

    The LORD Jesus stands at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us, God's children. He, by the reason of His sacrificial and vicarious death and resurrection is the Guarantor of all of God's promises in the New Testament.
    The blood of Jesus Christ is perpetual - it cannot stop speaking, (it speaks better things).

    LORD Jesus, I thank You for shedding Your precious blood for the remission of my sins. There is now no condemnation to me because I am in You, Christ Jesus, my LORD.

    There is no overemphasising on the efficacy of the blood of Jesus and what it accomplished for humanity. The blood of Jesus Christ is peculiarly active because it speaks of better things, and does the 'cleansing' of our sins and not the 'covering' which was obtainable and operational before then through the blood of sacrificial animals. The blood of Jesus has the capacity and the immanent power to forgive sins.

    We have been purchased with, and empowered by the blood of Jesus Christ.
    It justifies us and cleanses our consciences from dead works, (Hebrews 10:22; Revelation 1:5).
    When the blood cleanses you, you become pure, and it doesn't stop working in your life. The blood of Jesus Christ makes us holy; unholy life brings about death, both physical and spiritual, but through redemption, the blood of Jesus Christ opens the door for us to come to God, (Hebrews 7:25; Ephesians 2:13, 18).

    THE CERTAINTY OF CHRIST'S RESURRECTION 1

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "And as they were frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen." Luke 24:5-6 ESV.

    On a day like today more than 2000 years ago, the LORD Jesus resurrected, having been dead after His crucifixion and burial days before. Without the resurrection of the Christ, there wouldn't have been the salvation of humanity seeing that the LORD Jesus' death was sacrificial and vicarious.

    Though there were people who held that there was no resurrection, and that it was made up by the disciples of our LORD Jesus. But truth be told, without the resurrection there would be no Gospel.
    The resurrection is the core and very essence of Christianity.

    The following points, though not exhaustive, illuminates the resurrection in unmistakable lights.

    1). Jesus died: (Luke 23:46-49).
    There's no doubt about it. He was crucified on Cross at Calvary where He died.

    2). He was buried: (Luke 23:50-53).

    3). He resurrected from the grave: (Luke 24:1-6).
    For the first and only time ever, the grave had a miscarriage, as it could not hold the Son of God and Saviour of humanity captive.

    4). He showed Himself to some people after His resurrection - Peter, Cleopas and others, Mary Magdalene, the eleven disciples, Paul etc: (Luke 24:18-48; John 20:16-22; Acts 9:5-6).

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    LORD Jesus, thank You for Your sacrificial death on the Cross and resurrection thereafter for the salvation of my soul and of the world, even unto as many as who will come to You. Help me to, rest assured in Your resurrection, live for You by Your grace.

    THE POWER OF PRAYER AND GODLY INTERCESSION

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "Take your lord’s servants with you and have Solomon my son mount my own mule and take him down to Gihon. There have Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him king over Israel. Blow the trumpet and shout, ‘Long live King Solomon!’" 1Kings 1:33-34 NKJV.

    David as an old man, was no longer active as he used to be. Adonijah his son seized the occasion to take over the throne and he got followers behind him. Adonijah probably felt that since the heir apparent to the throne - Amnon had died and the next in line too - Absalom was dead, the privilege of being the next king naturally fell on him according to tradition, and since the king was out of shape, he couldn't continue to wait endlessly. This also follows that, it could be a possible reason that Joab, and some other faithful men of David aligned with him.

    Having been alerted by Nathan, the seer, about the ongoing strategic royal succession intrigues in the palace, Bathsheba, the mother of Solomon agreed with the seer to go see King David and remind him of his earlier promise to have Solomon succeed him as king; but that Bathsheba would go in first, followed by Nathan, the seer. This intervention, got David to instruct the harnessing of his mule, and had Solomon rode on it around Gihon and installed him as king in his stead and thus frustrated the travesty of Adonijah.

    The lesson here is that you should never be afraid to take your matters to God in prayers even when it seems you have lost the battle. You cannot decide that it is over unless you have heard from God.
    You are God's special child that should ride on His mule to showcase your kingship and priesthood.
    If Bathsheba had kept quiet, Solomon would have lost out on his inheritance.
    Thank goodness for the gift of men like Nathan who encouraged her not to give up on having King David fulfil his promise to make Solomon king in his place.

    Adonijah conceded to his loss that day and he didn't make a fuss about it. He knew he had no right or power to challenge the King's decision and doing such at that time would amount to foolishness and possible death.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    ABBA Father, thank You for Your loving kindness to me. May I never, out of fear or discouragement cease to come to You with my needs.

    May I find Your favour of riding on Your mule to showcase my kingship and priesthood.

    LIVING IN NEWNESS OF LIFE

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "You are clean, even now, through the teaching which I have given you." John 15:3 BBE.

    When you get born-again, the new nature you receive is wired with an immanent desire and inclination to be obedient to God. Due to the programming, you'll discover that whenever you put in the right information, you get the right answer.
    Whenever you feed your spirit man with God's Word, it's designed to give you the right response. That's why Satan often tries to engage you to be 'busyful' doing other things that makes it difficult for you to spend time reading your Bible. His ultimate goal is to keep you weakened and ineffective.

    Paul, the apostle by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit writes, "And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." (2 Corinthians 3:18 NIV). The more time you spend in God's Word, the more you continue to transform to His likeness, by His Spirit. But this does not happen in one fell swoop by just grabbing a verse here and there or skimming through a passage. No, it calls for renewing your mind every day with God's Word, to the extent that the Holy Spirit connects with your spirit and produces a Christlike lifestyle. The LORD Jesus says: 'You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.' (John 15:3-4 NIV).

    You need to soak up your mind in God's Word. It removes not only the dross of sin, but also gross sin, and also the stubborn and hardened attitudes that keep you from growing in God's grace.

    DYING TO SELF AND BEING FRUITFUL

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit." John 12:24 ESV

    What forms the foundation of a Christian being fruitful? It comes when a child of God, like a seed planted in Him, and dying to the old and sinful nature, then draws spiritual nutrition from Him in order to produce good fruits.
    When we talk about fruitfulness in the life of a child of God, we talk about those things that should be found in the Christian in order to produce good life to the glory of God and benefit to humanity.

    Consider the following as you are helped with understanding the basics for *'dying to self and being fruitful:'

    1). You Must Die

    It means you must die to the flesh. You must die to sin and sinful nature. You must die to anything that is not godly. You must die.

    2). How Do You Die?

    Paul, the apostle writes by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, that he is crucified with Jesus which means he is dead, in like manner, you should as a Christian be crucified with the LORD Jesus and die, though not physically, (but by living a crucified life). You must be dead to the flesh; that is, the old sinful nature. You must die to the evil world system and the attractions and distractions therein. This shows that you care about the spirit of God in you more than anyone or anything else.

    You should take things like anger, pride and other works of the flesh out of your life because they produce toxins which could kill you spiritually.

    3). How Can This Be Achieved?

    You can achieve this by living by the Spirit of God. You must make sure that your physical body is not used for anything evil. You should always have it in mind that your body is not for sale (Romans 12:1)

    You must live by the Spirit in order for your flesh to die. Living by the Spirit should be a continuous thing; you should not conform to the patterns of the evil world system because you're now dead in Christ. You are also admonished to be transformed by the renewing of your mind; this is done by taking/drawing nutrients from the word of God. The word of God is where you draw nutrients. The word of God admonishes that you live by the Spirit; this is done to please God.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    LORD Jesus, I desire to die to self and sinful nature and live a life of fruitfulness in every area of my life. Help me with whatever it takes to live and produce fruits to Your glory.

John 12:24 ESV What forms the foundation of a Christian being fruitful? It comes when a child of God, like a seed planted in Him, and dying to the old and sinful nature, then draws spiritual nutrition from Him in order to produce good fruits. When we talk about fruitfulness in the life of a child of God, we talk about those things that should be found in the Christian in order to produce good life to the glory of God and benefit to humanity.     WHEN YOU ARE REJECTED.

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "You are coming to Christ, who is the living cornerstone of God’s temple. He was rejected by people, but he was chosen by God for great honor."  1 Peter 2:4 NLT

    Rejection is something you face at one point or another in your personal life or your professional career etc, whichever or wherever, rejection is that part of life that is unavoidable. Yet, for all its universality, rejection is also one of the most difficult experiences to deal with. You can be rejected by your friends, your family, your colleagues, and even strangers.

    Each and every time it comes, it feels like a personal attack. But, what if I tell you that rejection doesn't have to be a bad thing? In fact, what if I tell you that rejection is actually a good thing? Read the text again, does it make sense now?
    You see, when you are rejected, as a child of God, it's often because you are being redirected. You are being availed an opportunity to redirect your course, it may be the person or the situation you were trying to get involved with wasn't right for you. Maybe you weren't ready for it. Or maybe it just wasn't meant to be. Whatever the case may be, rejection gives you a chance to re-evaluate your options and find a better path forward. 

    Next time you're feeling down about a rejection, just remember: it's not the end of the world. It's simply a redirection. And who knows? That redirection might just lead you to something better than you ever could have imagined.

    LORD Jesus, please help me to see beyond my human perception and understanding of rejection and the redirection You have put in it to change my course for good.

    PURIFY YOURSELF

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work." 2 Timothy 2:21 NLT.

    Purification is the process of making something spiritually or ceremonially clean; taking away the dirt in order to make clean. When you repent of your sins and ask the LORD Jesus to come into your heart, you become purged and then allow God's word to purify you. Your sins are forgiven and you become spiritually clean before God. 

    How Do You Purify Yourself?

    1a). Invite the Holy Spirit to come and help you.
    The Holy Spirit will not come into your life without an invitation. He wants to live within you, to comfort you and to teach you, but you must take the first step by personally inviting Him. 

    b) Receive every help He gives.
    He wants to help you on your life's journey, but you must ask Him for guide and direction by receiving His every help. 

    c) Put them to good use.
    Receiving the help of the Holy Spirit is not the 'be all and end all' of purification, there should be no vacuum left, you're therefore expected to put the help received to glorify God and benefit believers and unbelievers alike from far and near. 

    2). By putting aside every strain of sinful actions (and inactions) in your life. (Hebrews 12:1)
    God really does not want you to be weighed down with the sins of this world. Unforgiveness (for instance) is a besetting sin and one of the obstacles to the miraculous in every Christian's walk with the LORD. Just lay it aside. 

    You want God to forgive you of your sins. So, you must forgive others. When you express outwardly the conviction on the inside of you in practical and positive terms to God's glory, He will illuminate your mind on things in your past where you have been fooled by spiritual counterfeits, and cause you by His grace and mercy to make amends. 

    Go ahead and purify yourself, it will do you a world of good. 

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    LORD Jesus, much as I desire to purge myself to be fit for Your use, I cannot really do it on my own. Help me purge and purify myself.

    OPERATIONALISE YOUR FAITH

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "Just as the body is dead without breath, so also faith is dead without good works." James 2:26 NLT.

    You may have imbibed a lot about faith in the course of your learning on and about the subject matter. But if you have not learned how to send your faith to work, then you need to learn to unfurl your faith and send it into action to bring glory to God and benefit humanity.
    Our anchor text holds that '...faith is dead without good works.' So you see, there's every need for you to understand that your actions (and inactions) are the offshoots of a biblical faith that is alive and active. Your deeds are the outgrowths from you as one who is living in obedience to the demands of Heaven upon their life, whose life is transformed by God's grace.

    Faith in God is undoubtedly demonstrated by doing good works. God has placed you wherever you are (as you follow the leading of His Spirit), to do exploits for Him in faith, and to His glory. You should as a matter of urgency operationalise your faith to work by intentionally aligning the actions of your faith to be agreeable and in conformity with God’s will for you in righteousness.
    As you live in righteousness, endeavour to, with passionate intentionality go all out and do exploits in faith to the glory of God.

    WHAT'S YOUR LONGING BENEATH THE SURFACE?

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "Jesus turned, saw them following him, and asked, 'What are you looking for?....'" John 1:38 GNT

    The text is about the first words that came from the lips of our LORD, Jesus Christ, at the beginning of His earthly ministry. It's imperative and important for every child of God to ensure that what they are looking for in following LORD Jesus is in sync with the desire of God for them.
    John the Baptist came to prepare the way of our LORD. He pointed people to Jesus' direction. There were different classes of people looking for the LORD Jesus, and they had diverse kinds of motive for looking for Him.
    There were some who came out of curiosity, just to see what would happen. There were others who came to Him because they had friends that were sick, and they wanted their friends to be healed. There were others who came with the hope of getting the loaves and fishes. And there were others that were trying to kill Him; they were observing Him, and angling to lure Him into some conversation through which they might twist His words, and so have a ground to bring Him before the Sanhedrim, and cause Him to be pronounced guilty of blasphemy, and punished.
    Some were looking for Him for what they could get; and others for who He is. And this is the class of seekers you should belong to, those who are not after what they can get, but who are seeking after Him for who He is.

    During His earthly ministry, the LORD Jesus constantly found men looking for miracles, what to eat, healing, office and honour, etc; and that is precisely the spirit today, and it is a horrible malady.
    One of our greatest troubles, and one great reason why we do not get greater blessings from God, is because we are not pure in our motives for seeking for the LORD Jesus.

    At this point, I would like to have you ask yourself these questions:

    1). What am I seeking from the Master?

    2). What is my motive for following after Him?

    A truthful answer to these questions would definitely place you on the road to recovery or going in your walk with God.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    LORD Jesus, it's my desire to behold Your lovely face ever, grant that in my secret heart, no other love competes, and rival throne survives as I serve only You.

    DISCERNING THE REAL FROM THE FALSE

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "... Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light." 2 Corinthians 11:14 NIV

    If there is no original version of a thing, there will never be a counterfeit of the same. It is vital and important too that we as God’s children learn to discern that God is the Creator of that which is counterfeited by Satan. We need to diligently study and stay in God's Word to enable us as His children, by the help of the Holy Spirit to decipher the difference between the two.

    The word of God is to the Christian a product manual of life and living, when we study it, we would be able to know how to differentiate between the real and the counterfeit in addition to handling the journey set before us. The Holy Spirit, our Helper, is the down payment of 'what' is to come. He is the One that guides us, taking the deep things of God and making them known to us, God's children.
    Through His ongoing earthly ministry, He makes known to us the difference between the original and the counterfeit, but we must yield to Him and be teachable.

    While we're accessing His help, there's a great need to purge ourselves of every impurity in order to meet God's acceptable standards, and then allow the Holy Spirit to do the ultimate purging as we make ourselves available to Him volitionally.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

    Father LORD, forgive me for embracing the counterfeit of Satan before now. Bring to my mind in the present anything that may be a spiritual counterfeit, and strengthen me to reject them eternally.

    FAITH-SEEKING DOUBT

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "Then he said to Thomas, 'Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.'" John 20:27 NIV

    Thomas, with the rest of the disciples had been with the LORD Jesus for more than 3 years and must have obviously imbibed all He had taught them about what would happen after crucifixion and burial.
    It was obvious that Thomas never believed the witnesses of Peter, Mary Magdalene etc, regarding the empty tomb. Why not? You may want to ask, well, given the environment and the situation of things around the disciples of our LORD Jesus then, anyone in Thomas' shoes may have doubted also.

    Thomas' doubt was a 'faith-seeking' kind granted him by the LORD's Omniscience for a specific purpose - so that he could see Him again and have his doubts cancelled out and his faith deepened; and so the LORD chose to appear the second time.

    You may have made a mess of your God-given opportunity, but He is saying to you that He's the God of second chance, His will for every child of His is to spend eternity in His presence.
    But you should take note of the truthful reality that this is not a licence to continue in sin and trusting God for His grace to abound, or to continue making same mistake over and over again.

    Your best option is be divinely focused in redeeming the time. If it has to be, it's up to you.

    EMBRACE YOUR IDENTITY, AND AVOID COMPARISONS

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

    "But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For each one shall bear his own load." Galatians 6:4-5 NKJV.

    God has crafted each and everyone of us uniquely with our own set of skills, talents, and purposes. When you compare yourself with others, you undermine your own abilities and potentials. Embracing your uniqueness means recognising and appreciating your own strengths and weaknesses, without diminishing the worth of others.

    Instead of trying to be like someone else, you should focus on becoming the best version of yourself, taking pride in your own actions, and trusting God to bring about the fulfilment of His unique plans for you.

    To find contentment and fulfilment in the pursuit of God's will for you, you  should endeavour to know and fulfil the demands of Heaven from your life, refrain from comparing yourself with others, and focus on fulfilling your God-given purpose. You also have the need to reflect on the truthful fact that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and learn to embrace your uniqueness.

    Father LORD, help me embrace my identity and appreciate who You created me to be. Grant me the wisdom to recognise, appreciate and utilise my unique gifts, and talents for Your glory.
