*DO THE FATHER’S TEACHING*
John 8:28
Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.
Do you know the Father is teaching you as you’re in the quietness of your spirit? Maybe you are a stranger to this truth but the Father teaches us his children; and he does it to us individually. Whenever you are surrounded by a hard situation, just sit yourself down and ask the Lord what you should do and listen in your heart for his reply.
Many have not been enjoying the teaching of the Holy Spirit directly. For some their pastors are already good teachers so they’re fine without direct contact with the Father. And that’s why you have disadvantaged yourself from this blessing. There are things no man could ever teach you, so listen to the Father’s teaching and do them.
Prayer: Father, I thank you for your daily teachings for daily conquest. I will settle for all the Spirit shall teach me and I will be a doer of everything taught. No situation shall be without solution in my life anymore. My ears shall hear him always.
Further study: 1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.Arise Daily Devotional Pastor Wisdom Sunday 8th, March. *DO THE FATHER’S TEACHING* John 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. YOUR PERFORMANCE IS LIMITLESS
Acts 6:3
Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.
In this chapter the work load in the early church has increased and sharing of food was bringing problems, so they decided to appoint people to administer that business. But those appointed became preachers rather than distributing food. You can become anything in the hands of God, except you are not willing and ready.
Don’t settle at the position of appointment giving you in your local church, strive to do more. Maybe you’re in any of the fivefold office, don’t settle for one. There’s no limit to becoming something greater, they only limit could be your unwillingness. The Holy Spirit is the doer of the work and not gifts or positions. Strive higher.
Prayer: Hallelujah! There’s no limit to my performance in the work of ministry. I am changing levels by the Spirit of the Lord. I will perform maximumly at any area the Spirit positions me from today. I refused to limit myself in my mind.
Further study: 1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

CONSTANCY IN PRAYER
Romans 12:12
Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.
The Lord puts value on our prayer life as his children and we must understand that. Prayer is not a choice, that is to say if things becomes critical then you should pray. No. You must be consistent in prayer. Praying without alternative.
The beauty of it is that God answers our prayers and that is why he commanded us to pray. Beloved, there’s a deep call in the Spirit for prayer in this year. Never slack in it. Ask the Lord to clothe you with the garment of sackcloth to mourn in prayer.
Prayer: Father, thank you for your always eagerness to answer all my prayers. Prayer shall be my delight and I shall never slack in it from today. I received new burden for prayer.
Further study: Acts 1:14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.Arise Daily Devotional Pastor Wisdom Friday 6th March. *THE SPIRIT OF LIFE*
1 Corinthians 3:16
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
The believer is a carrier of life, because he’s the dwelling place of the Spirit of Life; even the Holy Spirit. You need to know that you’ve parted ways with death a long time ago. This is what you became by receiving the Holy Spirit. Death has nothing in you to draw him to you. Hallelujah!
Life is at work in you. The Father has granted you to have life in yourself. I see everything dead by reason of ignorance coming back to life forever. I see your business, marriage and relationship coming back to life. The Spirit of Life has entered your dry bones at this moment.
Prayer: Thank you Father, for the deposit of your Spirit of Life into my spirit. I am alive forevermore. As nothing deadly happens to Christ until he fulfilled his mission and gave up the ghost, even so shall it be to me.

PREACH TO PLEASE GOD
1Thessalonians 2:4
But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.
It’s very easy to always preach the gospel to please God as ministers of the New Covenant, of the Spirit and not the letter. The question you should always ask yourself as a minister of the gospel is, who sent me and who would I account to? This two questions will give undivided focus.
Remember Christ is the one who sent you and to him shall you render an account of your labor. Don’t seek to be in the good books of men, because you’ll be judged by the book of God. Please God at all times. Both in your service to God and in your ambassadorial mission of preaching the gospel.
Prayer: I am an ambassador of the gospel and my mission shall be executed to please God. The strength of the Lord shall always keep me going. Thank you Jesus for the privilege to preach the gospel of life.

*THE VOW OF LOVE*
1 Samuel 30:17
And Jonathan caused David to swear again, because he loved him: for he loved him as he loved his own soul.
The vow of love or vows made in love are so common in our world today, especially between men and women within the context of relationships. However, many are not being kept, and became sweet talks in most cases. Even marital vows are irrelevant in our world today, both in the church and the world as well. What is the problem then?
Since the problem isn’t found, folks only pray to get a true love. But you have to examine yourself first before you fall in love with someone. Are you a man or a woman of your word? This is where it starts from, many people aren’t men of their own words. They talk cheaply and are not being held accountable. But you beloved must imitate God like David and Jonathan.
Prayer: Dear Lord, please empower me in the inner man to live a life befitting your name. Let the vows of my love be forever important to me than the challenges of my relationship with people. May the inseparable power of love swallow me like never before.

*YOU ARE A SON OF LIGHT*
Luke 16:8
And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.
Beloved, seeing and calling yourself as God does is the only way you could live a life of the child of God. The supernatural life is not being invisible to all mankind but being scriptural in every way. Thus, living as it is written of you. You are a child of light; believe or not, your life will shine.
You are meant to shine and there’s nothing that can ever stop you. And I see great and nobles coming to the brightness of your light. In your light shall they see light and have illumination. It is just going to be the fulfillment of everything written of you. Your dark days are permanently eradicated. Your season of joyous harvest and celebration has come.
Prayer: Hallelujah! My destiny is full of light and glory. God has done me well for his glory. Glorious things are written of me and I shall see everything fulfilled. In my brightness shall the blind see. I will lead in the true way in this dark world and generation.

*HE LEADS WITH SITUATIONS*
1 Samuel 9:15-16
Now the LORD had told Samuel in his ear a day before Saul came, saying, To morrow about this time I will send thee a man out of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him to be captain over my people Israel, that he may save my people out of the hand of the Philistines: for I have looked upon my people, because their cry is come unto me.
God speaks in many ways but most Christians don’t know and it’s because they have a limited way for God to speak to them. They have limited God on every side. Today I want us to explore the language of situations that God adopts in speaking to his children. His voice is in every situation of your life, and you have to seek it.
For instance, when some incident happens to you; what is your first response? Is it to question God on why this situation and why you? No that’s not the time. You should rather ask, Lord, what are you saying to me? What do you want me to do? And you’d see the leading of God that situation. By that you’d thank God for the situation rather than complaining.
Prayer: Father, please help me to see your leading direction in every situation of my life today. No situation shall make me horrible in the name of Jesus. I shall hear his leading in every situation from today.

FIND THE WORD
Jeremiah 15:16
Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts.
The reason many Christians don’t have the word of God in them even though they have bibles of many versions is because we must find the word. Hence, many don’t know how and by which they could prosper in the kingdom. You must search the word to find it. Searching is the only way you could ever feed on it.
Endeavour to read the word daily, make a daily reading plan and do your best to try finding the solution to every issues of your life. The word has the answer, look into it prayerfully and the Holy Spirit shall guide you. Be dedicated to it from today. Meditate on everything you find and your spirit will be fully satisfied with the word.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for another blessed ending of this month. Let every blessing be released on me today. Father, give me a new desire for your word. Enrich my life by the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.

*SONS OF THE MOST HIGH*
Luke 6:35
But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
The most High wants his children to live entirely different from the children of this world, because they’re indeed different. We are the new creation, born by the Spirit from a heavenly kingdom. Everything is truly different about you, your thoughts are different. You see things from totally spiritual perspective. Your Father’s nature is domiciled in you.
You can love your enemies and give out generously without expecting a payback, because it’s in your blood. You don’t struggle to portray the life and character of your Father. Just begin thinking in that vein and you’d understand what the word is telling you today. It begins from your mind before you know how true it is.

DISCERN WHAT YOU HEAR
Luke 1:29
And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
Beloved, your discerning ability is one of the blessings God has bestowed on you and you must learn how to successfully exercise it. You need to know how to discern what you hear and find the meaning to the things of life. Everything and every word has a purpose and meaning.
When Mary heard the greeting from the man she thought to herself what could this greeting mean. See, even greetings has meaning but you won’t fathom it until you engage discernment. Just examine things deeply in your heart and don’t rush in conclusions. Many times conclusions are wrong and misleading.

STAY AWAKE
And what I say to you I say to all: Stay awake."

The rapture is the greatest event the world is currently waiting, which is for our glory as sons of God. “When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. (Colossians 3:4, ESV)” Stay awake to experience your transfiguration at his coming.

And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead–Father, Son and Holy Spirit–and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].
-Colossians 2 : 10
Beloved, the fullness of God dwells in you, and it demands that you make him known. The knowledge should be found in you, and you must teach others who the Father really is. It is the wisdom of God that through you he might reveal his true identity.
This was the mission of Christ on earth amongst others, revealing the true identity of the Father to us. But he said the works he did you shall do also. This is what the Holy Spirit is telling you today. Don’t live like you don’t know him, for he lives in you. Draw his knowledge from within you.

YOU HAVE THE WORD OF LIFE
John 6:68
Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
Beloved, you need to know how important you are in this world and prepare to take your place. You have the word of life in you, and so you become the centre of attraction in this world. Everyone wishes to live to fulfil their days but death is the only enemy. However, life is at work in you.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue. This was the reason why Peter said to Jesus, Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the word of life. Speak life into your hearers and they’ll always cleave to you. Whoever has the Son has life. Blessed are you.
Prayer: Hallelujah! I have life in abundance in me. I am a life-bank of God to my world. The dead shall come to life by my words. The power of death shall be broken over the souls of men through me.
Further study: Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach.

BE ZEALOUS FOR THE GOSPEL
Mark 7:36
And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it.
Only zealous people would be told not to tell anybody about what Jesus has done for them yet chooses make him known. And this is the kind of zeal we need in the church in this age for the gospel to spread widely. Learn to be more zealously affected for the gospel.
Let the testimony of your encounter with Jesus and what he’s left on your life be told over and over again to many. Keep sharing the word of God with them in season and out of season. Burn in your heart for the souls who are dying. Be passionate about the gospel of Christ. Don’t shut your mouth.
Prayer: Father, thank you for the gospel of Christ that brought me salvation. I am forever saved. I shall ever be more zealous for the preaching of the gospel of Christ. By my words shall many be saved.

*SIN CORRUPTS THE HEART*
For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. (Mark 7:21,22. ESV)
Before evil is executed, there’s a great effect it has left on the heart that conceived it, and that is corruption. A corrupt heart doesn’t think about God anymore and it is devoid of love. Not remorseful but rather takes delight in evil doings. Stay away from sin in your heart.
You are the one in charge of your own life and the thoughts you think about. Don’t corrupt your divine nature. There’s no happiness in sinful and evil thoughts, unless your heart is too corrupt. Fill your heart with the love of Christ and sin shall have no place in you.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for planting your word into my heart and filling me with your love. My heart is the brooding ground for the work of righteousness. Life has dominated my heart.

*HOW WELL DO YOU VALUE YOUR WORDS?*
Mark 6:26
And the king was exceeding sorry; yet for his oath's sake, and for their sakes which sat with him, he would not reject her.
Possessing the nature of God is the greatest thing we can ever have as his children but some don’t want to live like it. How well do you treasure your words? Herod valued his words so when her stepdaughter requested for the head of the prophet he was compelled to offer it. Today we don’t have men who keep their words in the church and no wonder we can’t walk with God faithfully.
You need to put premium on your own utterances and do away with lying tongue. Sugarcoating people won’t take you anywhere but into destruction. When you promise someone, do it. You dare not claim you have forgotten. How dare you to forget your own promises when you’re a child of God. Has God ever forgotten his promises before? No!
Prayer: Father, I can’t fail to reveal your true nature to the world. Have your way in me. I will value and treasure my words from today like never before, for I am a king.

JESUS IS GOD ALONE
Why does this Man talk like this? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins [remove guilt, remit the penalty, and bestow righteousness instead] except God alone?
Mark 2 : 7
It was clear to the people of Israel and their Pharisees that only God has the power to forgive sin. And so it was awkward and blasphemous to them to hear and see Jesus forgive a man’s sin. What can we see from here? It reveals to us that Jesus should be God because only God can forgive sin.
This is the hidden nature of Christ in the bible. He was the Word who was God from the beginning, therefore his earthly nature cannot deny him being God. If you have come to Christ then you must accept him as God, your only God. His invisible nature was the Father.
Prayer: My sins are forgiven by the only one who has the power to forgive sins. The liberty of the Father is what shall continue to enjoy all the days of my life.
Further study: And great and important and weighty, we confess, is the hidden truth (the mystic secret) of godliness. He Bwambale Gilbert was made visible in human flesh, justified and vindicated in the Abraham Munuve Spirit, was seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, [and] taken up in glory.

*THE KING’S BRETHREN*
Matthew 25:40
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Beloved, there are different places of your relation with Christ and one of them is being his brethren; either brother or sister. This is what the King is going to say on the last day for anyone who does you something good. You are just the representative of Christ in every way, and that is how you be treated. But it might not happen unless you know it first and enforce by faith.
“Hebrews 2:11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren.’’ If he calls brethren then you’re an heir with him, sharing in his glory and power. This is what you should always be conscious of and refuse a beggar’s mentality.
Prayer: Hallelujah! I am the King’s brethren and so shall every entity treats me. May whatever should be done for me for the sake of my King and brother never be denied me as long as I live.

DO NOT TURN FROM HIS WAY
Exodus 32:8
They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
Israel turned quickly away from the way of the Lord. How could they do that you might say? Well, I think the question should rather than be, would I also do the same? Matthew 15:19-20.
For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.
Daniel purposed in his heart that he might not defile himself with the portion of the king’s delicacies. Now, that means he identified the things that defiles, and by that he chose not to defile himself. If you don’t recognise the things that defiles you, you would always live in defilement. Evil thoughts defiles. And you mustn’t allow it into your heart.
Many are defiled before executing their evil thoughts. If you’re thinking about stealing, fornication, lie and the rest, you’ve already defiled yourself before carrying them. So you must be very watchful on those things and purpose not to defile yourself. Separate yourself from those lifestyles and dedicate your entire life to the Holy Spirit.
Prayer: Father, help me to stay away from the things that brings defilement to my life as long as I live. With a purposeful heart today I shall never defile God’s temple. I give no place to the devil in the name of Jesus.
