CONSTANCY IN PRAYER
Romans 12:12
Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.
The Lord puts value on our prayer life as his children and we must understand that. Prayer is not a choice, that is to say if things becomes critical then you should pray. No. You must be consistent in prayer. Praying without alternative.
The beauty of it is that God answers our prayers and that is why he commanded us to pray. Beloved, there’s a deep call in the Spirit for prayer in this year. Never slack in it. Ask the Lord to clothe you with the garment of sackcloth to mourn in prayer.
Prayer: Father, thank you for your always eagerness to answer all my prayers. Prayer shall be my delight and I shall never slack in it from today. I received new burden for prayer.
Further study: Acts 1:14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
