Removes redundant TypeScript type-checking from the reusable Node dev-server CI workflow to reduce CI wall-clock time, relying on the existing type-check performed in the reusable node-test workflow.
Changes:
- Deleted the
pnpm type-checkstep from the reusable dev-server workflow to avoid duplicated work. - Keeps the existing dev-server test execution flow (Playwright install + Node 20/22/24 runs) unchanged.

This PR removes a redundant
pnpm type-checkstep fromreusable-node-dev-server-test.yml.Type checking is already covered in required
node-test-*jobs across all three OS viareusable-node-test.yml(Type Check+Node Type Test), so coverage is unchanged.Because
node-dev-server-test-*is the slowest required CI lane, removing duplicate work helps reduce merge latency with minimal risk.
