Renames the linter override exclusion key from ignores to excludeFiles (with internal field name exclude_files) to better align override naming with oxfmt, while preserving the existing semantics that excluded files skip only the matching override.
Changes:
- Update
OxlintOverrideto useexclude_filesand deserialize it fromexcludeFiles(camelCase). - Propagate the rename through resolved override structures and override-application filtering logic.
- Update/rename unit tests to validate
excludeFilesparsing and behavior.
