This PR updates the linter configuration schema outputs to no longer expose overrides[].ignores, by marking the Rust OxlintOverride.ignores field as skipped for schemars schema generation.
Changes:
- Mark
OxlintOverride.ignoreswith#[schemars(skip)]so it is omitted from JSON schema generation. - Update generated schema artifacts (JSON + Markdown snapshots) to remove
overrides[n].ignores. - Update generated TypeScript config typings to remove
ignoresfromOxlintOverride.

we need some more discussion on this feature, as well as fleshing out naming.
This PR undocuments it so we can make some changes without breaking anyone.
