…#22279) - closes #17643 - closes #9060 Now that this rule has been split into two separate implementations, we can support all of the Vitest specific functionality: - `async` describe callbacks (not valid in Jest) - passing an options object to `describe` (not valid in Jest) This also ports more tests from the upstream rule.
