Add module="unique" to closure-defined @wp.kernel decorators in narrow_phase.py, contact_reduction_global.py, and sdf_contact.py. This prevents dynamically-created kernels from invalidating and forcing recompilation of their parent modules. Thanks a lot for improving this. The change looks good but for whatever reasons there are a ton of errors in the CI unit tests. Let me know if I should have a look.

@mmacklin maybe those failures are a warp issue that has been fixed recently - looks awfully similar to some failures we had in the MjWarp CI a few days ago. Updating to latest nightly warp would fix that issue, I think that's worth a try. |

Thanks for taking a look guys - the CI failure appears to be due to a hashing bug with Warp related to unique modules. I have a fix in flight internally. Will follow up once we have version of Warp with this change. |

Add module="unique" to closure-defined @wp.kernel decorators in narrow_phase.py, contact_reduction_global.py, and sdf_contact.py. This prevents dynamically-created kernels from invalidating and forcing recompilation of their parent modules.
