Poeziile „Șerpi de chemare” și „Licăr de gând” – publicate pe platforma MasticadoresRumanía

Bucuroasă să revin, să reiau firul visătoarelor mele postări și cât de curând firul vizitelor mele pe bloguri…

și totodată să vă anunț că două dintre poeziile mele au fost publicate luna aceasta pe platforma MasticadoresRumanía.

Prima poezie, cu titlul „Șerpi de chemare”, a fost distribuită pe 9 septembrie.

Poezia a fost scrisă în vara anului 2015 și se regăsește și în volumul „Îmbrățișare portocalie” publicat la Editura Letras în primăvara acestui an.

sub coastă dură de adam, sclipind plăpând sub fraged ram,
o eva crudă ca un spin
înțeapă creangă în senin

împunge cerul moale, greu,
rugându-l blând pe Dumnezeu
din vârf de ac cu fin contur
să curgă nor simplu și pur

să radieze mii de nuanțe
și să înghețe în balanțe
albul curat, negrul murdar, cerul de vis, pământ real

Cea de-a doua poezie, cu titlul „Licăr de gând”, a fost distribuită pe 17 septembrie… sunt foarte recunoascătoare Manuelei pentru acest lucru! 💖

Visătoarele mele versuri, compuse în vara anului 2022 parcă din frânturi licărindu-mi întrerupt, au fost stârnite de strălucirea uimitoare a unui buchet cu flori de câmp de iulie… atât de frumos colorate și pufoase, de-mi făceau gândurile să s/clipească nespus!

pe o margine de rază mi se odihnește
un dor

adumbrire mută din licăr de gând
tresărind pe geana umedă a unei clipe
mereu asfințindu-mi pe pervazul apusului

întotdeauna colorând întunericul,
câteodată aprinzându-mi-l…

Side-note:

Spre deosebire de „Șerpi de chemare”, pe care o consider intraductibilă, „Licăr de gând” are varianta ei și în limba engleză, „A Trembling Thought”, care se poate citi pe blogul meu puțin mai tânăr, Starry Steps 😊

Mă bucură mult aceste redistribuiri ocazionale, sunt extraordinare… întrucât mă determină să revizitez postări de pe parcursul anilor, să-mi reamintesc clipe, foiri, momente suspendate în timp… dar mai ales să surâd mult nostalgic și pe furiș trecerii acesteia neiertătoare a tot și toate.

„Kinship” published at Gobblers by Masticadores… (& the story of my two blogs)✨

Today I’m happy to share that my poem „Kinship” has been published at Gobblers by Masticadores.
Thanking the editor, Manuela Timofte for featuring it!

It is a poem I wrote back in the day, in March 2016, translation of a poem I had written a year before in Romanian, called „Nuntire”.

The poem is also included in the Collection of Poems self-published on Amazon last year, Rhyming Dreams.

Sunt bucuroasă să vă anunț că poezia „Kinship” a fost publicată pe platforma Gobblers, Masticadores.

„Kinship” este o poezie cu un loc aparte în sufletul meu, scrisă în martie 2016, ca traducere a unei poezii scrise cu un an înainte, având titlul „Nuntire”.

Poezia este inclusă și în volumul publicat de mine pe Amazon, „Rhyming Dreams”.

And so… I thought of leaving here too a bit of an update of my „to and fro” story these days, while I am somehow oscillating between my two blogs, I must admit. The old one, being right here, and the newer one Starry Steps, a bit over there, so to say. 😀 Quite a few tabs open too, I must say, because in spite of having tried to separate them (Romanian versus English, for one thing), I have noticed that it still comes natural to me to translate some of the posts on both eventually, with just a few exceptions. Of course, the reason behind that simply being the fact that I have so gotten used to it, that now leaving a text or a poem only in one language feels rather incomplete, on either blog… oh my! 😄 A bit of a messy mix.

And part of this is also merely because, when I first started here, in 2015, I did not use to properly resize all my photos, and there are quite a few of them uploaded. 😲 Goes without saying that I am also in a tedious process of identifying which those images are, both on the blog and in the folders on my pc, resizing and reuploading them, and then proceeding to delete the huge ones uploaded (when I had no clear idea that a 3 MB photo takes a huge space in the 3 GB upload limit here in our Media Library), phew…

But enough about all this reversed engineering dance almost, that I have going on in the background. It will still be a while, short or long, don’t really know yet, before I probably get t0 have my two blogs in tune, and in sync. All in all, I hope you all bear with me through all this swaying, between doarnicol and starrysteps, Romanian and English, playful and dreamy, nostalgic or more matter of fact… and the list may go on, I think 😀.

As for this very poem today, „Kinship”, surely it so much felt like sharing this wonderful news still here, on this old blog… as this is where I initially wrote and then translated it. Nostalgically putting it, I mean. 😊

This is a nostalgic post, a selection of images from some of my posts, all put together now for the final edition of the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge (WPC), All-Time Favorites.

The WordPress Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge adventure started for me at the end of October 2017…

….not that long ago but enough to be feeling quite sad now that it seems it will no longer be here for us to enjoy and find inspiration in. I had got delightfully used to it all and was so looking forward to the new weekly themes, enjoying the spin of it quite much! It goes without saying that I really wish this wonderful WP initiative for us to join and share didn’t have to close.

It has been such a pleasant feeling to go through other bloggers’ contributions of beautiful photo selections all along, for each theme every week, always discovering other views and perspectives. And this week, seeing some of the other nice posts on this occasion made me think of my several posts over the past few months on various WPC topics, that I usually posted on Sundays.

So for this Sunday Gold post, I am too taking leave of this nice community challenge initiative that made my being here richer and more playful. Reminiscing a bit, all the quotographs in this retrospective contribution have been created and posted also based on a WPC idea which I liked and enjoyed putting an article together for.

Aventura provocărilor săptămânale de la WordPress Daily Post (Weekly Photo Challenge – WPC) a început pentru mine în octombrie 2017…

…nu cu mult timp în urmă, dar destul încât să prind gustul jocului. Mă obișnuisem cu acele idei strecurate aici, de-abia așteptam noile subiecte mereu curioasă să descopăr cum fiecare temă se potrivește într-un fel sau altul cu resursele și modul meu de a publica, iar acum, faptul că această inițiativă aducătoare de inspirație încetează să mai lanseze provocări îmi lasă o fărâmă nedefinită de tristețe. E de la sine înțeles că mi-aș dori mult să nu își… închidă porțile.

Era o senzație plăcută să parcurg săptămânal contribuții pe aceeași temă în postările altor blogeri, iar zilele acestea, unele articole publicate cu ocazia ultimei ediții m-au dus cu gândul la povestea mea WPC de pe parcursul ultimelor luni. În special imaginile cu citate postate duminica.

Așadar astăzi, a venit și rândul meu să îmi iau la revedere, mai jos veți regăsi doar imagini publicate și pe baza unor idei WPC care mi-au plăcut și m-au inspirat și fără de care acea postare probabil nu ar fi existat în acel format.

And a post that I love very much is Autumn-winter serene, published on December 1st, 2017. Photos of radiant dahlias and chrysanthemums accompanied by a poem, like a reverie. That is also one of my readers’ first five well-liked posts. Thanking you all for your constant presence and support!

I am really grateful for the inspiring Weekly Photo Challenges at the WordPress Daily Post and thanking the WPC team for all the stimulating and refreshing ideas!

Needless to say, and that is the most nostalgic part of it all, some of the posts, the photos, the way I arranged them or wrote all around them, and the enjoyment felt by some of my fellow bloggers to read and share impressions, all that wouldn’t have happened, had it not been for some of the topics, brain teasers at times, launched out there through some unexpected prompts.

Thank you as well for this final theme of All-Time Favorites, which I’d rather consider a warm… au revoir.

O postare foarte dragă mie este Liniște toamnă-iarnă, publicată pe întâi decembrie 2017. Fotografii cu dalii și crizanteme luminoase însoțite de o poezie, reverie. Este și una dintre primele cinci postări preferate ale cititorilor mei. Mulțumesc frumos tuturor!

Cu mult drag am răspuns acestor provocări și nu numai, lăsându-le să mă inspire, dându-le o formă preferată mie, creionându-le pe măsura mea. Mulțumesc mult echipei WPC pentru toate ideile minunate oferite de-a lungul timpului, extraordinare surse de inspirație.

Voi duce dorul acestor punctări săptămânale, jucăușe și dându-mi de furcă uneori, de gândit și de… ronțăit, ca să zic așa, torcându-mi ca din mers alteori, precum că… ceva minunat este acolo, doar de-aș reuși să-l așez, la fel de minunat, în cuvânt, culoare și zbor.

Mulțumesc și pentru această idee frumoasă de final, pe care prefer s-o numesc… de cald la revedere.
