JUST JOT IT JANUARY – # 9 – MOVIE TITLE

Just Jot It January 2016 Rules

The movie I thought of is one of my favorites…”Pulp Fiction”. It was released in 1994, by Quentin Tarantino. It has quite a few well-known actors, including John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, and Bruce Willis, among others. There are lots of memorable quotes for this movie, but most are just not appropriate for this blog. 😉 One, that I’ll paraphrase/summarize briefly goes something like this… “What do they call a quarter pounder in Paris? … A Royale with Cheese” … It’s much more funny to see them say it in the movie.

Our whole family likes this movie, and devised a game for us to play at home. We took a small chalkboard, and a dry erase board, and hung them up so everyone could see and participate. One was titled ‘Movie Quotes’ and the other ‘Song Lyrics’. We all had a different name, those character names in the movie Pulp Fiction, that were written on the bottom of the boards. One of us would think of a quote or song lyric (from this movie, or any other movie or song we could think of) and we’d write it down. Another of us would have to answer it, by writing it on the board. The one who got it right first, got a point. Well, it was lots of fun. I’ve included a couple of pictures of our boards. We must have erased some of the writing on them (it was quite a long time ago that we’d played), but I kept the boards, to remind me of all the fun we had doing this game. 🙂
