Word of the Day – Chapel

Chapel

***

This is yesterday’s word, and one definition I found on wiki is this:

a small church or an enclosed place in a large church for worship by a small group, or a room in a building set apart for worship

***

This song has been covered by many artists, but this is my favorite.

From wiki: “Crying in the Chapel” is a song written by Artie Glenn and recorded by his son Darrell Glenn. The song was released in 1953 and reached number six on the Billboard chart. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crying_in_the_Chapel

“Crying in the Chapel”, by Elvis Presley, can be found on his 1965 album, “How Great Thou Art”. It was written by Artie Glenn in 1953, and has been recorded by many other artists.

This is so weird. We saw this outline on our back glass door one day. It was made by a snail – a snail trail!

I posted this once before for something or other, and one comment about it said it looked like Elvis! I think so, too. haha 🙂
