HBO Max Sets Official Launch Date - Variety

           HBO Max is growing in popularity each day.  Many audiences are tuning into HBO Max to watch the latest TV series and movies coming out.  There are no ads in between anything you watch, which makes for perfect binge-watching sessions.

            But to some, the hefty price of $14.99 a month can be daunting for other users.  There are others that are looking for a reduced price for HBO Max.

            And that is just the kind of thing that will happen.  HBO Max will provider a cheaper, ad-included subscription plan this June.  Other than the ads included in the content, the other catch is that it will not provide Warner Bros. theatrical releases.  This includes movies like Wonder Woman 1984 and Dune.

            Interestingly enough, streaming services like Paramount+ and Hulu provide their own ad-included options for their service.  They both provide at least two options – one that is the cheaper plan with ads and the regular plan with no ads included.  Paramount+ and Hulu are just some of many streaming services that offer similar plans.

            As HBO Max continues to increase in subscribers, they start looking into what their audiences want out of the experience.  Some audiences want to enjoy HBO Max without paying such a heavy price for it.  There are subscribers who don’t mind the ads before or even in between the shows or movies they are watching.

            With that, HBO Max will be releasing a cheaper option in their streaming plan this summer.  It will include ads, but won’t include movies like Wonder Woman 1984 or Dune.  If you don’t mind ads during your binge-watching session, then the new plan will be just thing for you.

  News was circulating a few years ago about a Fraiser reboot.  The infamous spin-off from Cheers starred Kelsey Grammar as Dr. Fraiser Crane, the psychologist who has his radio talk show host in Seattle.  Fraiser humored many audiences when it ran for 11 seasons.  The reboot was supposed to start last year, but that obviously changed once the pandemic started.

            In the meantime, Paramount+ has been making plans for rebooting shows for the streaming service.  One of those TV series that is in the works just so happens to be… Fraiser.

            This is for REAL folks – Dr. Fraiser Crane will be coming back (and he’s listening!).  Fraiser will be coming back for a reboot in Paramount+.  Writers Chris Harris (How I Met Your Mother) and Joe Cristalli (Life in Pieces) will produce the show, along with Kelsey Grammar.  Not only is a reboot in the works, but the original Fraiser series will be on Paramount+ as well.

            Paramount+ hasn’t been released yet and it’s already growing in popularity.  Fraiser is just one of the few TV series that planning to be rebooted in the future.  This ‘mountain of entertainment’ Paramount+ plans to reveal is getting more exciting each time.

            With that, Fraiser is just one of many TV series that will be rebooted in the Paramount+ ‘mountain of entertainment’ package.  It’s a ingenious marketing tactic aiming to attract all kinds of subscribers, both young and old.  Audiences will be able to enjoy both the original Fraiser and the rebooted series when it releases.

            Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has been known for providing a lot of characters to choose from.  Some of these characters came totally out of the blue and unexpected.  Banjo-Kazooie, Isabelle, King K. Rool, and Joker are just some of the various unique playable characters.  As the game continues to grow popular, so does the anticipation of a brand-new character to enter the game.

            Last week Nintendo announced of yet another new character entering the growing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Roster.  This new character is the famous adversary of Cloud in the world of Final Fantasy VII.  The new character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate… is Sephiroth.

            Yes, folks – Sephiroth, the infamous one-winged angel from Final Fantasy VII, will become a playable character.  He comes with his own set of moves, sword and all.  Sephiroth comes part of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighters Pass Vol. 2 DLC, which also includes the two characters Min-Min from Arms as well as Steve and Alex from Minecraft.

            Interestingly enough, this isn’t the first Final Fantasy crossover that happened in the video game universe.  Cloud and Sephiroth made their appearance in the Kingdom Hearts series as well.  In fact, Sephiroth made for one of the hardest bosses to face in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II.

            Sephiroth will make for a fantastic character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.  It’s part of the intriguing marketing tactic to blend in a mix of Final Fantasy with the Nintendo Universe.  First Cloud joined the roster and now Sephiroth comes swooping in.

            Nintendo has been known for extending their franchise of characters for their games, particularly with the Super Smash Bros. series.  Adding Sephiroth into the mix only enhances the experience even more in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.  Sephiroth will be just one of many great characters to choose from.

Mortal Kombat 11 is the latest installment of the Mortal Kombat franchise that was released in March 2019.  Liu Kang, Sub-Zero, Baraka, Johnny Cage, Raiden, Kabal, and many other fighters return for this epic fighting game.

There are other new characters entering the ring, but the game play is still the same.  More blood is being shed and the fatalities are just as brutal as ever.  Each and every fighter comes with their own unique special moves to take down your opponent.

And this year, one colorful character will be joining in on the Kombat Pack 1.  Entering the Mortal Kombat universe comes… The Joker.

The Joker will be joining the fighters this year.  He comes with his own quirky special moves, making for some epic fatalities.  Its these moves that will surely uppercut his opponents to their death.  His fatalities come with special props including a jack-in-the-box, a puppet, knives, a cane, and some guns.

Those props, as well as the creepy performances, make for one brutal character in Mortal Kombatl 11.  The Joker will be released among the other characters such as Sindel, Nightwolf, Spawn, The Terminator, and Shang Tsung.  You can get the downloadable content when it comes out this month.

This makes for amazing publicity stories for both Mortal Kombat and The Joker.  The Joker may have come from a different franchise, but he is a gritty and scary villain who’s always after Batman.  He’s crazy enough to become a guest fighter in Mortal Kombat 11.  While the game was released almost a year ago, the Kombat Pack 1 will generate more buzz around the audiences.

With that, The Joker coming to Mortal Kombat 11 will be no laughing matter.  The Joker comes with some comical, yet gruesome fatalities that will knock out every one of his opponents.

Plant-based meats have been all in the rage these past few months.  These special products are made with plant-based substances, creating a new market for alternative types of food.  These new plant-based meats could be used for burgers, sausages, and other ideas that make for a great meal.

Not only are these plant-based meats being consumed in restaurants, but they are also being sold in supermarkets.  The plant-based meat craze is just another health trend Millennials have really been enjoying these days (like avocado toast!).  Its things like plant-based meat that open the floodgate to a whirlwind of ideas for unique health foods.

Other than cannabis, hemp is another unique product trending around the nation.  Hemp is being used as one of many ingredients for classic food staples like milk or waffles.  With cannabis legalization setting forth around America, hemp is also gaining nationwide trends as well.

The hemp-based meat can be used for making burgers and sausages.  A hemp-based burger is a burger created from hemp seeds.  Hemp seeds contain ten essential amino acids as well as omega 3 and 6.  Its one of the latest items in the plant-based meat trends happening these days.

For the record you CAN’T get high from consuming hemp-based meat.  Hemp contains very little THC, but it does contain a lot of essential and nutritional ingredients.  It is rich in protein, amino acids, omega 6, omega, 3, and other beneficial compounds.

These plant-based meat meals are one thing, but hemp-based meals take the trend one step further.  Hemp has really gotten mainstream coverage now that cannabis use is becoming more widespread across the world.  With hemp being utilized for more food ingredients, who knows what dishes will be created next.

Hemp-based meats are the start of a whole new subculture in the food world.  Both hemp and cannabis are being utilized for ingredients and new dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Foods like hemp-based burgers only modernize the classic meals we grew up with here in America.
