Remove the `#[cfg(target_os = "macos")]` guard that forced sequential iteration for `clone_with_another_arena` in incremental builds. Benchmarking on macOS shows par_iter is ~2.3x faster than sequential iter (3.87ms vs 8.82ms for 500 ASTs). The original concern from #6167 is no longer reproducible. No regressions. Rome-ts shows a ~5.6% improvement.
