Function example: use `path.isAbsolute()` instead of manually checking for `/` and `\`. This is what Rollup uses internally (`isPathFragment` in `src/utils/relativeId.ts`) and correctly handles all platform-specific absolute path formats (drive letters, UNC paths, forward/backslash). Regex example: add `/` to the negative lookahead `(?!:[/\\])` so that `c:/Users/...` style paths (forward slash after drive letter) are also excluded. The previous pattern `(?!:\\)` only caught backslash.
