Summary of Changes

Add 2 buttons so that an admin could move from install to manage, and vice versa, without reaching fro the main menu

Check the views Extension: install and Extensions: manage

Please update to match the similar functionality in languages

eg put the install button at the end and rename it Install Extensions and Manage Extensions

of course I know that it was expected, so I wanted to show a successful part of it via screenshot. :-)
unfortunately there are currently i-net server problems. therefore had overlapped with rtc.
