`vip-legacy-redirect` comes from the redirect plugin here: https://github.com/Automattic/WPCOM-Legacy-Redirector/blob/master/wpcom-legacy-redirector.php#L31 Sites can have several thousand redirects and we don’t need to sync these to WordPress.com.
