Tucker slays the beast. In one of his finest presentations ever of the facts de jour, he hits it out of the park regarding the Dems and what the campaign is about and specifically what Kamala Harris and the Walz fellow are tripping to. He joined Trump in Georgia for a memorable night.
Here are a few highlights first, then I give you 18 minutes that will both tickle your funny bone for the truth of it and at the same time offer keen insight.
One of those pernicious lies told by the corporate media is that the insane behavior you see on your television screens, whether it be from rioters or out-of-touch celebrities, is completely normal. In fact, according to the corporate media, you’re the weird one.
This is something Carlson pointed out during his speech. He made it a point to stop and highlight that you aren’t the weird ones, they are. Their behavior is atrocious, and their aims are just evil. “Reality has flipped,” he said, stating that normal people aren’t supporting the Democrat machine.
“It’s the party of weirdos, of envy, of hate, of resentment, of bitterness, of weakness, of a total lack of creativity,” Carlson said. “It’s a part of conformity, it’s a party of the machine where it doesn’t matter who the candidate is, because individuals are immaterial. All that matters is the collective. That’s the Soviet model.”
Tucker Carlson just got a standing ovation at the Trump rally after going on one of the most passionate rants I’ve ever seen from him His breakdown of the Democrat party is perfect: “It’s the party of weirdos, of envy, of hate, of resentment, of bitterness, of weakness, of a total lack of creativity. It’s a party of conformity…” We need to get Tucker to go to more Trump rallies. He is a master communicator of complex ideas.

“You, normal Americans who love this country, love thy neighbor, fear God, and wish to defend this brilliant country, are not the weird ones. You never were.
Your traditions, behaviors, and beliefs have been refined and well-practiced over the course of hundreds of years, so that it could give rise to the greatest, most welcoming, most advanced country the human species has ever born witness to. Your way of life pushed humanity forward into a future the vast majority of the generations before it could only dream of or write in fiction.
You are far from the weird ones. You’re not the bad guys. You’re the torch carriers for the will of God, who crafted this country by His will.
The weird ones are the people who hate this country. It’s the people who don masks and attack their fellow citizens in the streets over political disagreements. It’s the ones who burn down their own neighborhoods and murder over falsehoods and exaggerations.”
Here we go with 18 minutes of Tucker. 3.8 million views so far…
The Democratic party is the home of weirdos, bitterness, envy, hate, and conformity. It’s the enemy of freedom and creativity. It only destroys. Now is our last chance to stop the machine. Donald Trump is the only answer. pic.twitter.com/rb9Ge45SAp
Included in the maelstrom of Georgia DA Fani Willis venom, and oft forgotten, Rudy Giuluani also got caught up with 19 others which included Trump over the GA election.
The indictment is related to their efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election in the state.
While we may concern ourselves with Fani’s love life, Rudy went on to manage to snag a defamation verdict for remarks he made concerning a couple of election workers. But not any defamation, this is Fani’s GA, and for his remarks it cost him the pretty penny of $148 Million buckeroos. Knocked down from the original $246 Million award.
It’s easy to forget the other poor souls as Trump and Fani grab the headlines. I had thought Rudy had pretty much dead ended, and memories of his last public appearances were not stellar. But I have caught him on Steve Bannon’s War Room program and the old guy still has much of his “A” game. Which brings me to this story.
The following day after the defamation verdict, Rudy filed for bankruptcy.
A refresher, August 15, 2023
Screams the headline:
A look at the 19 people charged in the Georgia indictment connected to Trump election scheme
ATLANTA (AP) — Donald Trump and 18 other associates were charged Monday in Georgia as part of a sweeping indictment alleging they schemed to illegally overturn his 2020 election loss and stop the peaceful transition of power.
The indictment, brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, follows an investigation that lasted more than two years and marks the fourth criminal case brought against the former president.
Those charged in Monday’s indictment face a slew of charges, including racketeering, violating the oath of a public officer, forgery, false statements and other offenses. Prosecutors say they must all surrender to authorities by Aug. 25.
Now we learn Rudy can appeal the defamation verdict.
Now back to Rudy. And there are buts:
The Epoch Time Headline:
Bankruptcy Judge Allows Rudy Giuliani to Appeal $148 Million Defamation Verdict
Well isn’t that swell. Let’s look at the small print.
“The judge specified that the legal fees must not be paid from Mr. Giuliani’s current assets.” Well, that sure reminds me of my post yesterday and Attorney Turley’s remarks.
“It looks like you’re trying to appeal a court order to take your home, but you have to sell your home to appeal the order,”
In Rudy’s case, there is no house to sell. So how does he appeal?
A New York bankruptcy judge has allowed Rudy Giuliani to appeal a $148 million defamation verdict so long as he uses pre-approved donors for legal expenses.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane, in his order on Tuesday, specified that such fees and expenses must not be paid from Mr. Giuliani’s current assets.
“Any fees and expenses incurred by the Debtor and his advisors in the Freeman Litigation in connection with any Post-Trial Filings and the Notice of Appeal shall not be paid by, and shall not result in a claim against, the Debtor or his estate,” Judge Lane wrote.
…
The former New York City mayor filed for bankruptcy protection late last year, one day after he was ordered to immediately pay $148 million to two former Georgia election workers. Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea Moss, sued him for defamation while he was working as a lawyer for former President Donald Trump.
In early January, Mr. Giuliani asked the New York bankruptcy judge overseeing his case to lift the automatic stay, a legal provision that pauses certain proceedings during bankruptcy, for the “limited purpose” of filing post-judgment motions to modify the judgment.
Judge Lane, from the Southern District of New York, granted the limited relief on Tuesday.
However, Judge Lane stated that the former mayor must obtain the judge’s consent for any external payment of legal fees and expenses, which can’t come from Mr. Giuliani’s current assets.
…
The multimillion-dollar payout the women were seeking would spell “the end” for Mr. Giuliani, his attorney, Joseph Sibley, told the court, equating it to be “the civil equivalent of a death penalty.”
One day after being ordered to pay $148 million to the Georgia election workers, Mr. Giuliani filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, listing $10 million in assets.
In a Dec. 20 ruling, U.S. District Court Judge Beryl Howell, an appointee of President Barack Obama, supported the two election workers’ claim that Mr. Giuliani lacked immediate financial means to pay them after a 30-day delay on the payouts was lifted.
Worse, the judge overseeing Rudy Giuliani’s bankruptcy proceeding has ordered the former New York City mayor to reveal every one of his donors that is paying his legal fees. Giuliani will also have to reveal how the money is being disbursed and what it is being used for in an itemized list. This is not good news for Rudy, as it could shame his donors to the point where they no longer wish to fund his legal problems, leaving him with no lawyers for the cases that he still faces.
Long forgotten is how one man rode in on a white horse into New York City and brought it back from a sordid mess. Times Square with its charlatans and hookers, the halcyon days of the 1970’s. Oh, by the way, the perfect ending to this post:
Oh Fani, now look what you have done. Trump’s nemesis DA Willis just keeps getting into more trouble as more is revealed about her life and loves. First let’s see what February live TV may bring us.
Then we have this breaking news from the Free Beacon
Fani Willis Axed Employee Who Blew Whistle on Misuse of Federal Funds.
Fani Willis may have fired the employee who warned her about mishandling federal funds. But she didn’t deny her allegations.
According to Timpson, the aide, Michael Cuffee, planned to use part of a $488,000 federal grant—earmarked for the creation of a Center of Youth Empowerment and Gang Prevention—to pay for “swag,” computers, and travel.
“He wanted to do things with grants that were impossible, and I kept telling him, like, ‘We can’t do that,'” Timpson told Willis in a Nov. 19, 2021, meeting. “He told everybody … ‘We’re going to get MacBooks, we’re going to get swag, we’re going to use it for travel.’ I said, ‘You cannot do that, it’s a very, very specific grant.'”
“I respect that is your assessment,” Willis responded. “And I’m not saying that your assessment is wrong.”
Later in the conversation, Willis apologized to Timpson, and said Cuffee had “failed” her administration.
Less than two months later, Willis abruptly terminated Timpson and had her escorted out of her office by seven armed investigators, according to Timpson. When Timpson filed a whistleblower complaint the following year that alleged wrongful termination, Willis’s office issued a statement describing Timpson as a “holdover from the prior administration” who was terminated because of her “failure to meet the standards of the new administration.”
No need to go into the whole sordid mess of Fani. By now most know of the myriad accusations that have been building regarding the fast cash she and her honey have been using from our dimes apparently.
Isn’t it amazing how naive these attack dogs against Trump are? Did they think there would be not one iota of inspection into their lives? Was the Trump Derangement so complete that they had the delusion that they were totally bullet proof?
No doubt we are just starting to begin looking under the hood at all this corruption. Even better it is reported that a visit to the White House occurred just prior to the charges. That should offer rich terrain as that is ferreted out.
Anyway, thought a bit of a change up in topics for a post today was in order. Oh how the mighty have fallen.
I’ll end the post with a tune that never really made the big time, but I will dedicate it to Fani.
The operative sentence in this story is “That’s why it should come as absolutely no surprise that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) told CNN that he and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) will be working together to stop “MAGA Republicans.” Hershel Walker, the GOP candidate for Senator, is in a runoff for the seat in GA. The question- is he included in the “Stop MAGA Republicans.”
It’s been clear that as far as the Senate is concerned, McConnell was willing to do whatever was required to insure that he maintained his leadership position. If it cost a seat or two, no problem. His shifting millions of dollars in and out of senate races when it appeared the candidate might go rogue told us all we needed to know.
No use beating that dead horse itemizing his nastiness. Only one story needs to be told. The giving $9 million dollars to the Lisa Murkowsky race when she was running against a fellow GOPer, but a conservative, so the truth was revealed. She had always told McConnell she would have his back.
This brings us to the business of Hershel Walker and his run off race over the next three weeks. Will McConnell support Walker and give him the funding that he needs? And how much true energy will be put into it by the establishment? How much do they really want to get Trump?
Was a deal struck with Schumer? If Walker loses, a full majority will then go to the Democrats. It has been reported its “Too much in the weeds” to discuss what will happen. Well its not.
If the Democrats gain a full majority they will gain subpeona power. A 50-50 split has hearings only if both sides agree.
Just think of two full years of MAGA hearings regarding Trump. Non stop. A complicit media will faithlessly report anything negative out every night on the evening news. It’s up for grabs if they can require Trump to testify, either way they would give it one heck of a try.
This would probably destroy Trump and fellow MAGAs. Diminish other GOP House and Senate members that supported Trump.
In addition, a 50-50 divide insures that there are an equal number of GOP and Dems on Committees. No longer true if they have an absolute majority.
So how much do they really want to destroy Trump and his MAGA friends in congress? How much dishonesty can even anti-Trumpers really find acceptable on the GOP side? Willing to throw the majority to the Dems to get Trump?
The joyous GOP House, looking forward to hearings on all kinds of malfeasance especially the Bidens, will be easily overshadowed by any Senate hearing on MAGA Trump and his minions.
I pick up this story from MCRTV:
Chuck Schumer Says He Intends to Work with Mitch McConnell to Stop ‘MAGA Republicans’
What’s the old saying? ‘Birds of a feather flock together?’ I’m pretty sure that’s how that one goes. In any case, if you’ve been paying attention to politics over the last, oh, 30 years or so, you could see a correlation and unity between Republicans and Democrats who don’t like their power or establishment agendas challenged.
That’s why it should come as absolutely no surprise that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) told CNN that he and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) will be working together to stop “MAGA Republicans.”
Whether you’re a “MAGA Republican” or not, a move like this should encourage you a bit because the establishment elite clearly see a group of people that aren’t members of the “Uniparty” coming for their cushy positions among the Washington elite.
After CNN co-host Kaitlan Collins asked Schumer on Monday if he’s going to “talk to Mitch McConnell,” the senior senator from New York stated that he’s going to try and do more than just talk.
We certainly know how 80 year old McConnell feels about the Trump supported candidates. Add Especially Trump. From day one he has castigated the “quality” of some of the candidates running. He claims now his wisdom as he so wisely foretold this conclusion. Forget that he played a heavy hand in aiding the loss of a number of seats.
Former Attorney General Eric Holder offered strong words of condemnation on Monday for what he called a “fraudit” after MSNBC host Rachel Maddow brought up recent controversies related to voting rights and the GOP-led Arizona Senate’s audit in the state’s most populous county.
“All the things they are doing now are counterproductive. They are without basis, and they will hurt, they will harm, our hard-won democracy,” Holder said, referring to the Maricopa review and similar efforts sprouting in places across the country as former President Donald Trump pushes claims of fraud in the 2020 presidential contest. Holder further urged the Justice Department to become “aggressively involved” in pursuing possible violations of federal law in the case of the audit and to prosecute violators of these laws when needed.
Holder praised the DOJ letter as setting a good framework for how the Biden administration might get involved but said it wasn’t enough. “Letters are fine, but it has to be followed up with action,” he said. From the Washington Examiner.
MSNBC titles the clip:
DOJ Should Be ‘Aggressively Involved’ When Sham Audits Violate Federal Law
Just like magic, looks what happens. One would almost think Holder has a direct line to the WH and Garland.
Attorney General Merrick Garland on June 11 announced that he would double the number of Justice Department staff working on voting rights enforcement over the next 30 days and provide additional guidance on voting rights and redistricting. So the Washington Post says. In truth, he is preparing for the concluding election audits that will present a maelstrom.
In a post that lays out the whole deal and not to be missed:
The bottom line is this…. AG Merrick Garland knows a powder keg is very likely to explode as soon as the majority of American people discover just how manipulated the election of 2020 was. His announcement to double the staff of the DOJ Civil Rights Division voter unit is not to protect election integrity, but rather to position his resources for a war against a looming storm of election review outcomes…. and the White House is so far exposed, they are positioning to use the military to protect their position.
The deep and irrefutable research has been taking place, mostly very quietly, in the background. I would expect the government response to this will be a combination of the DOJ/FBI “domestic extremist” narratives, combined with racism accusations and claims of election disinformation.
The Alinsky model: Isolate, Ridicule and Marginalize your political opposition, in combination with the use of arrests and threats by the justice department.
Let’s see how things are going in Arizona as the audit is winding down. June 13, 2021
This is one of those interesting explanations that comes in handy later on. Arizona Senate Liaison Ken Bennett explains what “duplicated ballots” are, what creates them (interesting), and what is the process for auditing them. I was unaware in Arizona -under some circumstances- you can vote by email and Fax machine.
We’ve seen the publicly available evidence for the sweeping paper ballot fraud as well as the election machine fraud and that’s criminally horrendous enough. But I never heard about the ability to fax in ballots before. How many fraudulent ballots were faxed in from China? Mexico? Russia? How do “We, the people of the United States” get control back of our elections and end all this fraud?
Wandering over to Georgia and their audit June 14, 2021 Georgia Star News
Fulton County Election Official Admits Chain of Custody Documents Missing for 2020 Absentee Ballots Deposited in Drop Boxes
In a stunning admission about the critical chain of custody documents for absentee ballots deposited into drop boxes in the November 3, 2020 election, a Fulton County election official told The Georgia Star News on Wednesday that “a few forms are missing” and that “some procedural paperwork may have been misplaced.”
A Star Newsanalysis of drop box ballot transfer forms for absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes provided by Fulton County in response to an Open Records Request showed that 385 transfer forms out of an estimated 1,565 transfer forms Fulton County said should have been provided are missing – a number that is significantly greater than “a few” by any objective standard.
On Sunday, The Star Newspublished a story which included the files containing digital images of the 1,180 transfer forms that Fulton County did provide. Those digital images can be viewed here.
This is the first time that any election official at either the state or county level from a key battleground state has made an admission of significant error in election procedures for the November 3, 2020 election.
President Biden was certified as the winner of Georgia’s 16 Electoral College votes in the 2020 election by the narrow margin of less than 12,000 votes over former President Donald Trump out of a total of 5 million votes cast statewide.
To date, The Star News has obtained absentee ballot drop box forms from 59 counties that provide chain of custody documentation for 266,492 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes during the November 3, 2020 election, which means that no chain of custody documentation has been produced for about 333,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes out of an estimated 600,000 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes during that election.
I could go out on a limb and wonder if this is one of the reasons the Capitol remains locked down with the desire to maintain a National Guard presence. I could go further and add Sundance’s comment over at Conservative Tree House:
The next war will not come from foreign soil, it is about to happen based on a great awakening in the heavily corrupt and manipulated voting system in the United States. The battle is about to happen right here on our soil.
BIG PICTURE – United States Attorney General Merrick Garland is pre-positioning assets from the DOJ and FBI Simultaneous to this, the U.S. military leadership is purging patriots and putting all service members under surveillance [LINK]. These two factual events are directly related.
An Arizona state Senator has warned US Attorney General Merrick Garland that he’ll ‘spend time in prison’ if he interferes with the 2020 post-election audit, after Garland announced on Friday that the Justice Department will look into whether any federal laws were broken – and claimed the state was employing ‘abnormal’ methods.
Should we be surprised at this twist in this hellish story? More wolves in sheep’s clothes. Sidney Powell and Lin Wood telling crowd not to vote in GA runoff. Trump is on his way this Saturday for a rally and this is what his so called supporters do to him.
ATLANTA — Attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood held a press conference in Georgia on Wednesday, where Powell told the crowd not to vote in the upcoming Senate runoff election, a message that directly contrasts with President Donald Trump’s call for Georgians to turn out to vote for Republican Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue.
Powell, who is not affiliated with Trump’s legal team, told a crowd of supporters, “I think I would encourage all Georgians to make it known that you will not vote at all until your vote is secure, and I mean that regardless of party.”
When a clip of Wood’s Wednesday comments surfaced on Twitter, CNN anchor Jake Tapper retweeted the message, and “Lin Wood” quickly became a trending topic on the platform, with about 141,000 tweets at press time.
Sidney Powell and Lin Wood may be in-kind contributions for the Democrats in Georgia. https://t.co/rahS4zI76p
While we disagree with what he’s doing, Trump lawyer Lin Wood is absolutely right about one thing: Perdue & Loeffler have not earned the vote of MAGA in Georgia. They failed to deliver for Trump. Don’t deliver for them.pic.twitter.com/YV6gKm0gly
Really American, a left-wing super PAC seeking to create divides among supporters of Trump and the Georgia Republican Senate candidates by erecting billboards against the candidates in heavily Republican areas of the state, also chimed in that “Perdue & Loeffler have not earned the vote of MAGA in Georgia. They failed to deliver for Trump” More at Breitbart
Records: Lin Wood Has for Decades Voted for, Donated to Democrats Including Barack Obama and David Perdue’s 2014 Opponent
Georgia-based attorney Lin Wood is getting lots of attention for urging supporters of President Donald Trump to break with the president and not vote for GOP Sens. David Perdue (R-GA) and Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) in the upcoming January 5 runoff elections.
While Wood made his comments purportedly as a self-described supporter of Trump, while donning a red “Make America Great Again” ball cap, the real story here is that Wood is by no means a Republican and there is no record in Georgia of him ever voting for President Trump—in 2016 or in 2020—in the Republican primaries. While Wood did vote in the 2020 and 2016 general elections in Georgia—there are no records in Georgia of him pulling a GOP primary ballot in 2016 or 2020, the two years President Trump was on the ticket.
That’s what is so interesting about these people claiming to support the president’s interests telling Georgians not to back the president’s candidates for Senate in the runoffs. But maybe it is not so complicated when looking at the voting history and political donation history of the chief instigator of this narrative, Wood. Wood has long supported Democrats in the state of Georgia, and now with U.S. Senate hanging in the balance he has positioned himself as a leading voice of the MAGA movement. Republicans currently have at least 50 seats in the Senate going into next year and Democrats currently have at least 48 seats. More at Breitbart
We are really in the very best of the deep swamp with this one.
“With the rise of the Tea Party, the white-right and other racist forces. With gun sales nationwide at an all time high amongst whites, with a mood that is more anti-Black than any time recent, it is imperative that we organize our forces, pool our resources and prepare for war!” Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz, Esq. Convention Convener and Party Chairman.
Back about ten years ago I did numerous posts about the rising of the Black Panthers. I had been noticing the new Black Panther logo on some of the latest demonstrators for some time. Their time is now. This is what we can expect during the upcoming election. Michelle Malkin did a great roundup then and well worth the read which included one of our posts:
Downscale voters? So the one time clingers of God and Guns have become downscale? They still don’t get it. We are mad as hell and ain’t gonna take it anymore. Both the Dems and GOP folks have had it. That is why we are where we are. We might as well be on the Titanic. The orchestra keeps playing as we enter into the abyss. I give you also the theme of The Poseidon Adventure. An equally telling adventure story that depicts the state of affairs our election process is at.
During CNN’s Super Tuesday coverage, David Axelrod implied that Georgia voters are poor and dumb, resulting in Donald Trump’s primary victory in the state.
“You know, the thing that interests me,” the former Obama advisor told CNN’s Anderson Cooper, “we’ve just discussed Virginia and how Trump has won Georgia.” (RELATED: Trump Wins GA Republican Primary)
“When you look at the difference between these states, it really is a difference in income and education,” he continued. “Georgia has more of the downscale vote. Trump has done better there. Rubio has been trying to appeal to upscale, highly educated voters, such as those you find in northern Virginia. He apparently is in the hunt to win or come close to winning a state tonight, and that’s the pattern that I think this race is going to follow.”
You will comply, you will comply. Anyone want to bet the next step is to charge the parents will child abuse, gather the kids and turn them over to “social services’? Put them in a foster home with some really good parents that perhaps, if lucky, the agency will remember where they put them. Common Core, you will teach your child government propaganda.
In June, he told a convention of newspaper editors that Core critics were misinformed at best and laboring under paranoid delusions at worst. Duncan said:
The Common Core has become a rallying cry for fringe groups that claim it is a scheme for the federal government to usurp state and local control of what students learn.
U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan told a group of state schools superintendents Friday that he found it “fascinating” that some of the opposition to the Common Core State Standards has come from “white suburban moms who — all of a sudden — their child isn’t as brilliant as they thought they were, and their school isn’t quite as good as they thought they were.”
Here we go:
On Wednesday Tracy and Mary Finney of Marietta, Georgia were met by a police officer outside their children’s public school and informed they were trespassing on school property because they opposed the school’s process of testing all children.
“We made the decision to opt our kids out of the CRCT,” Tracy Finney told Breitbart News, “because it has nothing to do with education.”
“The CRCT really boils down to money,” Finney continued. “They use the test scores to ensure Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for government funding. The CRCT is really for government funding.”
Finney said he and his wife oppose the notion of using five days of testing as a “single snapshot of the entire year.”
“If kids score low on the CRCT, potentially they are placed in lower functioning classes,” Finney said.
“On Monday morning, we wrote a letter to our principal, forwarded to the other district administrators and teachers,” he continued. “We said that we refuse to allow our kids to take this test, and that we wanted them to be provided with other things to do during the test period, so that they were not going to ‘sit and stare.’”
Finney said, however, that he received an email from the assistant superintendent of the district, “telling me he reviewed my letter and that I’m not allowed to opt my children out or refuse testing.”
Finney provided a copy of the letter from Dr. Dayton F. Hibbs, associate superintendent, which reads:
The District must deny your request that your students be exempt from participation in the CRCT or other standardized testing as well as reporting and recording of such scores. Federal and state law mandate the administration of these assessments. It is important for you to understand the potential consequences of electing not to participate in such nationally and state- required assessments. These may include but not be limited to effects on students’ on-time graduation, promotion to next grade level, placement and final subject grades. Please refer to Georgia Department of Education Rule 160-4-2-.11, as related to promotion of students in the third and fifth grades. A copy has been attached for your reference.
You also shared concerns regarding the fifth grade field trip. Fifth grade students that are absent any day during the regular testing window will not be permitted to attend the trip. This is not a punishment, but based upon necessity as the trip is scheduled to begin the day after CRCT testing is complete. Therefore, any necessary makeup testing is likely to conflict with the field trip dates.
