It turns out that Trump was not the first President that the deep state attempted to dispatch. A fascinating documentary on the take down of a previous President. Richard Nixon. A terrific interview by Steve Bannon of the author led Bunk to a couple of free great videos for the next couple of weeks over at Bannon’s website. Well documented.

But less than halfway through his term in office, Richard Nixon was gone.

Why? Not because of Watergate. Not because of a smoking gun.

No; it was: Secret meetings between judges and prosecutors; evidence hidden from defense attorneys; biased juries; an unaccountable prosecution force packed with political enemies, Congressional leaders who were out to get the president, and a dishonest media.

The Deep State took Richard Nixon down by unprecedented prosecutorial misconduct, withholding of exculpatory evidence, reprehensible judicial misconduct that included many prohibited secret ex-parte meetings with prosecutors, massive violations of Fifth Amendment due process rights and Sixth Amendment fair trial rights, and the one-sided dishonest reporting by ALL of the dominant media outlets of the day—CBS, NBC, ABC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Time Magazine and Newsweek Magazine.

All told, a corrupt judiciary and unaccountable prosecutors violated the due process rights of Nixon and the Watergate defendants more than a dozen times. We will document all those due process violations—something that no one else has ever done in more than half a century.

This is how the Deep State took down a president — and created the playbook they’ve used ever since.

Don’t Blame Schumer for Failure to Pass Trump Nominees

The failure to pass nominees rests with McConnell and Thune. The GOP closed up shop regardless of the hostage efforts of Schumer for his bribe offers and Trump ending the so-called negotiations that never needed to take place. Let’s take a look at Bunks previous post back in November 25 2024. Don’t count on McConnell changing any rules, and thanks Thune for not adjourning so Trump could make interim appointments.

Thune kissed the ring of McConnell as we learn, in order to take over as Senate Leader.

McConnell Takes Control of Two Most Powerful Committees as he Steps Down as Leader

Thune AKA Paul Ryan 2.0. Trading one master for another. While we celebrated the GOP taking control of the Senate this past election, one has to wonder how far did we come in ridding ourselves of the worst elements that stymied Trump his last go around. It turns out that the old fool McConnell has cut himself a sweet deal in keeping his cold almost dead hands on control of the Senate.

While he may have turned leadership over the Senator Thune, McConnell instead will be in control of the two most powerful committees in the Senate. Maine’s Senator Collins will be right there along side of him taking control of the full Appropriations Committee, another one who with her side kick Murkosksi from Alaska, are thorns in the GOP side

Maine Sen. Susan Collins currently holds the top Republican slot on the Defense Subcommittee, which drafts the Pentagon’s annual spending bill, worth $825 billion.

Collins is expected to become chairwoman of the full Appropriations Committee next year and McConnell said in the statement he looks forward to working with her “to accomplish our shared goal.”

It wasn’t immediately clear Thursday if Collins would become chairwoman of one of the Appropriations Committee’s other 11 subcommittees.

McConnell will also take over the Senate Rules Committee, one of the oldest panels in the chamber that holds a broad jurisdiction.

The GOP Senate members elected Thune by secret ballot just 24 hours after they got into town.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), who backed Scott on the first ballot, tried to convince his colleagues Tuesday to postpone the leadership election until later in November to give Trump and his team more time to weigh in on the race.

“We’re not even in town for 24 hours. I told them, ‘I’m offended by that.’ I think quite honestly that’s outrageous. They’re just trying to jam this down everybody’s throat,” Johnson said of the decision to hold the Senate election less than 24 hours after senators convened again in Washington after the Nov. 5 nationwide election.

Former DC Attorney General Ed Martin Warns ‘DOJ Much Worse Than People Think’

The once temporary DC US Attorney Ed Martin, who the GOP decided was too much of a danger to themselves thus was dispensed, gave a masterful interview with Tucker Carlson. Totally riveting. Former Judge Jeanine Pirro is his temporary replacement and all I can say is she has a mighty big task ahead. You will understand why the GOP had to get rid of him. Why Senator Tillis took the hit. More importantly, he gives the background to the J6 nonsense as well as the undisclosed pipe bomber story.

Ed Martin, a senior official in the Trump administration’s Department of Justice, is warning that corruption within federal law enforcement is far more severe than the American public realizes. Martin, who holds the roles of Director of the Weaponization Working Group, Associate Deputy Attorney General, and Pardon Attorney, made the comments during an interview with Tucker Carlson.

When asked by Carlson whether the DOJ is worse than people believe, Martin went further, declaring, “I think it’s worse than incompetence.” However, he urged that importance of following the facts and not getting ahead of investigations, saying, “The only way forward is not to describe what I think of the motives but to expose over and over again what’s happened. If you expose what happened and the truth gets out, then accountability is possible.”

Martin went on to praise Bongino’s efforts, noting, “He is going hammer and tongs at this stuff.” The Trump DOJ official acknowledged the complexity of pursuing accountability, saying, “You can’t arrest everybody in the first month, but you got to get this going.”

Martin then described the issues facing the DOJ as “much, much worse than people think.”

Karma Comes to AG Letitia James; DOJ Receives a Criminal Referral Against Her

GW Law Prof Jonathan Turley on shocking Letitia James allegations: ‘The irony is crushing. James prosecuted Trump for misleading financial statements, yet now faces similar questions about residency claims and loan applications. DOJ has prosecuted others for falsely claiming properties as principal residences. Rules apparently don’t apply to those enforcing them.'”

‘This is really for James, the very case that she most famously brought. She insisted that these technicalities matter and that the powerful should not be given a free pass. Well, that bill has come due in this case… I’m honestly just not sure how you defend against this unless you say that these are fraudulent documents.'”

Among other issues, Newsweek gives us this:

A separate land record stipulates both women to “occupy, establish, and use” the Norfolk home as their “principal residence” within 60 days and to keep it their “principal residence” for at least one year.

“This is a potential problem for Letitia James,” former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told Newsweek.

He cited New York law as it pertains to elected officials to be one potential legal roadblock.

State law says the following: “When an officeholder removes his residence from the territorial limits required by statute, the office is rendered vacant.”

WASHINGTON — New York Attorney General Letitia James was hit with a federal criminal referral for instances of alleged mortgage fraud on Tuesday, according to a letter obtained by The Post.

Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director William Pulte sent the missive to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy AG Todd Blanche, alleging that James had “falsified records” to get home loans for a property in Virginia that she claimed was her “principal residence” in 2023 — while still serving as a New York state prosecutor.

 

In the full Turley interview he mentions that this is not a trivial matter, and pointed out the Mayor of Baltimore and her experience with the law.

Jackson.  “We will continue to pursue justice against those whose actions deteriorate the confidence of the citizens that they were elected to serve.”

New airport rules mark the ‘biggest shakeup’ in the airline industry.

Kurt ‘CyberGuy’ Knutsson joins ‘Fox & Friends Weekend’ to discuss the new airport rules allowing passengers to scan their face rather than use a boarding pass. A comment made sums it up.

As a commercial pilot I can say this is deeply disturbing.

Go digital? Fine go ahead but, give people a choice! Don’t force people to give bio information and breach their rights. Did we learn nothing from Covid. All the forced vaccinations and lockdowns forcing people to give up their rights one event at a time. Where is all this data to be stored? Let’s not forget the Utah Data Storage Facility.

Privacy: The most powerful unaccountable agency in Washington is mining and amassing all your personal financial data. While that’s bad enough, it also isn’t adequately protecting them from hackers and identity thieves.

A just-released inspector general report found that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, is conducting a massive consumer data-mining operation without the security safeguards to protect the sensitive data from cyberattacks.

The CFPB is collecting and stockpiling more than 600 million credit card accounts, along with personal data from millions of mortgage loans, but “has not yet fully implemented a number of privacy control steps and information security practices,” warned CFPB Inspector General Mark Bialek in a 10-page memo to CFPB Director Richard Cordray.

More alarming, the agency is sharing the massive databases with outside contractors and storing sensitive private information on unsecured clouds, making the data extra vulnerable to cyberattacks “from outside governments and organized groups.” More at IBD

Government Fraud from ‘Magic Computers’ to NGO’s to Empty Buildings

The extent of the corruption in our government is beyond the pale. From “magic computers” to NGO’s that were simply money laundering operations. No doubt this is not even a fraction of what is out there. Obscene….

Nonprofits take billions of dollars from the US government, and there is no oversight or auditing of the firm.

Democrat grifters like Stacey Abrams are getting exposed for creating nonprofits and taking billions of dollars from taxpayers.

“They then give themselves extremely lavish, like insane salaries, expense everything to the nonprofit – you know, buy jets and homes all sorts of things,” Elon Musk said.

Ukraine Building $1.4 Billion Holiday Ski Resort Amid Russian War

Are those U.S. tax payers great or what? As Ukraine continues to defend its eastern front from the Russian invasion, the country is simultaneously working on an ambitious new project—a massive holiday resort on its western border. If anyone thought last week’s bizarre Oval Office meeting with the comedian took you off the chart. Try this one on.

The GORO Mountain ski resort, a £1.2 billion development, is under construction in the Lviv region, near the border with Poland. This sprawling project will feature 25 hotels with 5,500 rooms, covering 2,965 acres. It will include 41 ski slopes spanning 46.6 miles, 846 acres of snow-covered terrain, over 10 miles of ski lifts, two modern gondola lifts, and 11 chairlifts.

Construction began in October 2024, with the first phase slated for completion between 2028 and 2029. The entire project is expected to take 15 years to complete. ( looks like Zelensky expects we will have our boys over there for at least the next 15 years.)

Funding for the resort comes from a mix of sources, Ukrainian company OKKO is expected to invest £400 million in the venture. (Go ahead laugh. Bet $1 Billion plus comes from USAID – How much did Hunter get, and the 10 for the big guy?)

In addition to the hotels, the development will include various recreational facilities such as spas, swimming pools, restaurants, and dedicated spaces for children and business events.

The GORO Mountain Resort project was first proposed in 2017 and was initially scheduled to start in spring 2022. However, construction was delayed due to the Russian invasion.

OKKO Group, Ukraine’s largest network of gas stations, is leading the project alongside globally recognized experts. Partners include ILF Group, renowned for their contributions to ski resort developments like the Remarkables in New Zealand and Austria’s largest resorts, such as Sölden and Kitzbühel.

Despite ongoing challenges, Ukraine’s west is focusing on long-term growth and development, symbolizing resilience and a vision for the future. Source

Back in the U.S, we learn that Ukraine’s top joker has been a busy man. And our congressmen including our gal Susan Rice have been filling his head with sugar plums that will be given. Telling him not to sign.

So the whole meeting was a setup with Zelensky never planning on signing anything. The media triumphantly determining for anyone dumb enough to believe them, that the whole thing was Trump’s disaster. As Miranda Devine states in the New York Post:

They could not tolerate that Trump, who thumbed his nose at all their sacred cows, would be successful in ending the war. If Trump succeeded, then it would expose warmongers on both sides of Congress and in Europe as incompetent or far worse.

So Trump’s enemies are now using the million dead souls of the Ukraine war to spawn a new Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, their fourth by my count. (Source)

Meanwhile US Atty Warns Susan Rice After ‘Concerning’ Logan Act Violation

A group of former Obama- and Biden-era officials is allegedly calling on Ukraine to reject President Donald Trump’s minerals deal.

Such acts, critics say, may violate the Logan Act, the law that bans U.S. citizens from negotiating with foreign governments on behalf of the United States without prior authorization.

Despite these legal restrictions, former Domestic Policy Council Director Susan Rice scolded Trump’s deal as “horrible” because it does not extend security guarantees to Ukraine.

Rice made these remarks on Friday during an MSNBC interview about her reaction to Zelenskyy’s temper tantrums in the Oval Office. Clips of her comments went viral on social media, with some users affirming her comments violated the Logan Act.

Epstein File Dump Fiasco – What’s Going on with Patel and Bondi?? UPDATE

After the much heralded announcement of the release of the Epstein files with everyone at the ready for some steamy stories that will bring down the high and mighty, we learn so far it appears to be a dud. Worse, defiance may be the order of the day pitting the DOJ, the President, Kash Patel as head of the FBI against a New York field office.

UPDATE: Located at the bottom of the post. A bit of a different view.

The other possibility is that Bondi got over her skis. Reports are that the early release of the Epstein file binder to certain reporters was unexpected by all concerned in the White House. The FBI was not prepared to release the files.Then again would they ever.

After her remarks on Fox that she had the files did she believe she had to move forward? Either way what was in the files seems to be what already has been out there. Then again, she may have been trying to put pressure on the FBI. There are still holdovers in the FBI who would not like anything better than to jam Bondi.

This isn’t looking good. Kash Patel, as head of the FBI, should be on a plane headed to the New York FBI office by now and straightening this out. Whistle blowers have been reporting that the FBI has been destroying evidence since the election.

Either way, Bondi is in trouble after this embarrassing fiasco. It is a cluster.

I think Glenn Beck puts the worst pieces of the possibilities out there on the table. The facts of the matter probably lie somewhere in the middle.

Biden Judge Orders Trump to Pay USAID Contracts, Blasts Trump Attorneys

A Biden-appointed Muslim judge on Tuesday blasted DOJ lawyers over USAID disbursement and ordered the Trump Administration to pay the foreign contracts by 11:59 pm on Wednesday evening.

Muslim “judge” Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali is trying to force the American tax payer to send “aid” to Muslim countries, against President Trump’s orders

The court system is not handling the lawfare well at all (understatement). The Supreme Court needs to intervene here and in other cases to save the judiciary from itself.

It is further ordered that any response to the application be filed on or before Friday, February 28, 2025, by 12 p.m. (EST).

On Tuesday, Judge Ali dressed down DOJ lawyers over the disbursement of funds.

“I don’t know why I can’t get a straight answer from you. Are you aware of an unfreezing of the disbursement of funds for those contracts and agreements that were frozen before Feb. 13?” Judge Ali said to the DOJ lawyers according to a telephone hearing attended by Politico reporter Kyle Cheney.

39-year-old Canadian-born Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, the first Muslim and Arab DC judge, clerked on the Supreme Court of Canada and later led a radical leftwing group that called for defunding the police. In the lame-duck session after Democrats lost the White House and Senate on November 5, 2024, Senate Democrats confirmed Ali on November 20 with a vote of 50-49.

How does someone become a US FEDERAL JUDGE ONLY 5 YEARS AFTER BECOMING A US CITIZEN??

Earlier this month, US District Judge for the District Court of Columbia, Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, temporarily blocked President Trump from cancelling foreign aid contracts.

Judge Ali ordered the Trump Admin to restore funding for the foreign aid contractors after Trump froze US foreign aid for 90 days last month.

Last month, after Trump’s executive order to halt foreign aid grants, Secretary of State Marco Rubio issued new guidance to temporarily pause spending on most foreign aid for 3 months.

The judge?

“Mr. Ali’s tremendous legal career, including his extensive work protecting the rights of people involved in the criminal-legal system, has had a profound impact and demonstrates his deep commitment to equal justice. Mr. Ali also becomes the first Arab American judge and first Muslim judge to serve a lifetime appointment on this D.C. court. The Ali confirmation was made possible by the absence of SenatorBraun (R-IN), who, if present, would have made the vote 50-50. Vice President Kamala Harris, who would typically cast a tie-breaking vote, was in Hawaii and unavailable, so it would have FAILED! Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV) joined Republicans in voting against the nomination, but the absence of Braun ultimately allowed the confirmation to proceed.

Kash Patel Starts Investigation of Comey’s ‘Two Honey Pots’ who Infiltrated 2016 Trump Campaign

Kash is out there tracking down the two gals who reportedly were sent to infiltrate Trump’s operation back in the day. According to the whistle blower, one gal moved on to the CIA and the other a “high level executive” in a FBI field office. That shouldn’t take long to find them.

FBI Director Kash Patel has launched an investigation into former Director James Comey’s secret “honeypot” operation involving 2 female undercover agents who targeted President Trump’s 2016 campaign, according to The Washington Times.

FBI leadership is starting an investigation into the origins of the agency’s plan a decade ago to infiltrate the campaign of presidential candidate Donald Trump using two female undercover “honeypot” agents.

The off-the-books investigation, launched in 2015 by FBI Director James B. Comey, was revealed by an agency whistleblower in a protected disclosure to the House Judiciary Committee last year and first reported exclusively by The Washington Times in October.

In the intelligence community, a honeypot commonly refers to an undercover operative, usually a woman, who feigns sexual or romantic interest to obtain information from a target.

Mr. Trump launched his presidential campaign on June 16, 2015, about a year before the FBI opened Crossfire Hurricane.

The whistleblower agent “personally knew” that Mr. Comey ordered an FBI investigation into Mr. Trump and that Mr. Comey “personally directed it,” according to the disclosure.

The investigation did not appear to target a specific crime but was more of what agents would describe as a fishing expedition to find anything incriminating against Mr. Trump.

The whistleblower said the undercover operation was obscured from Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz, who investigated misconduct in the bureau’s probe of the Trump campaign.

The FBI whistleblower employee noted in the disclosure that one of the undercovers agreed to be transferred to the CIA so she would not be available as a potential witness.

The other undercover employee was rewarded for her activities through a promotion in the bureau and is now a high-level FBI executive in a major field office.
