Epstein File Dump Fiasco – What’s Going on with Patel and Bondi?? UPDATE

After the much heralded announcement of the release of the Epstein files with everyone at the ready for some steamy stories that will bring down the high and mighty, we learn so far it appears to be a dud. Worse, defiance may be the order of the day pitting the DOJ, the President, Kash Patel as head of the FBI against a New York field office.

UPDATE: Located at the bottom of the post. A bit of a different view.

The other possibility is that Bondi got over her skis. Reports are that the early release of the Epstein file binder to certain reporters was unexpected by all concerned in the White House. The FBI was not prepared to release the files. Then again would they ever.

After her remarks on Fox that she had the files did she believe she had to move forward? Either way what was in the files seems to be what already has been out there. Then again, she may have been trying to put pressure on the FBI. There are still holdovers in the FBI who would not like anything better than to jam Bondi.

This isn’t looking good. Kash Patel, as head of the FBI, should be on a plane headed to the New York FBI office by now and straightening this out. Whistle blowers have been reporting that the FBI has been destroying evidence since the election.

Either way, Bondi is in trouble after this embarrassing fiasco. It is a cluster.

I think Glenn Beck puts the worst pieces of the possibilities out there on the table. The facts of the matter probably lie somewhere in the middle.

UPDATE: Perhaps I have been a bit too hard on Bondi  Worth a look

The Swamp continues

Kash Patel Starts Investigation of Comey’s ‘Two Honey Pots’ who Infiltrated 2016 Trump Campaign

That didn’t take long. No better news for a mid-week break then to know our man Kash is on the job. Kash is out there tracking down the two gals who reportedly were sent to infiltrate Trump’s operation back in the day. According to the whistle blower, one gal moved on to the CIA and the other a “high level executive” in a FBI field office. That shouldn’t take long to find them.

FBI Director Kash Patel has launched an investigation into former Director James Comey’s secret “honeypot” operation involving 2 female undercover agents who targeted President Trump’s 2016 campaign, according to The Washington Times.

Here we go:

FBI leadership is starting an investigation into the origins of the agency’s plan a decade ago to infiltrate the campaign of presidential candidate Donald Trump using two female undercover “honeypot” agents.

The off-the-books investigation, launched in 2015 by FBI Director James B. Comey, was revealed by an agency whistleblower in a protected disclosure to the House Judiciary Committee last year and first reported exclusively by The Washington Times in October.

In the intelligence community, a honeypot commonly refers to an undercover operative, usually a woman, who feigns sexual or romantic interest to obtain information from a target.

Mr. Trump launched his presidential campaign on June 16, 2015, about a year before the FBI opened Crossfire Hurricane.

The whistleblower agent “personally knew” that Mr. Comey ordered an FBI investigation into Mr. Trump and that Mr. Comey “personally directed it,” according to the disclosure.

The investigation did not appear to target a specific crime but was more of what agents would describe as a fishing expedition to find anything incriminating against Mr. Trump.

The whistleblower said the undercover operation was obscured from Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz, who investigated misconduct in the bureau’s probe of the Trump campaign.

The FBI whistleblower employee noted in the disclosure that one of the undercovers agreed to be transferred to the CIA so she would not be available as a potential witness.

The other undercover employee was rewarded for her activities through a promotion in the bureau and is now a high-level FBI executive in a major field office.

Bye Bye Christopher Wray

What may be lost in the kerfuffle over Kash Patel’s nomination to the FBI directorship, its so long Mr. Wray.  I have no intention of going through a laundry list of his failings.

But it is worth noting that last Friday, another J6er was arrested. Like a dog on a bone they won’t give up. So of all Wray’s failures, the deployment of human assets should go down as one of his worst failings. Churches, schools, clinics, there never were enough targets to go after as long as they were conservative.

The Washington Times picks it up:

In 2020, the FBI director dispatched no fewer than 15 special agents to Talladega Superspeedway to investigate a garage door pull-down after NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace suggested it might be evidence of a hate crime. That’s almost as many detectives as the Los Angeles Police Department assigned to investigate the Manson Family murder spree in the late 1960s.

The bureau hasn’t let up on its unprecedented nationwide dragnet, indicting 1,243 conservatives for trespassing at the U.S. Capitol nearly four years ago. Last Friday, a Florida man was charged with using “a deadly or dangerous weapon” on the west front of the Capitol. The lethal implement wasn’t a gun or a knife, as the terms imply. It was a large Trump 2020 banner.

While rambunctious sign bearers are being identified and captured using high-tech spy tools, the same FBI asserts it has no idea who planted pipe bombs outside the Democratic and Republican Party headquarters on Jan. 6.

We likewise know little about the men who attempted to assassinate Mr. Trump. The FBI brass seem willing to talk only when the discussion advances a political narrative favored by the current administration.

The most potent bullet point on Mr. Patel’s resume is the one outlining his service as chief investigator for then-House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes. The committee’s work ultimately exposed the Russia hoax that Hillary Clinton created and the FBI perpetuated — including on Mr. Wray’s watch.

Bunk here had to go to the Hindustan Times to find a video of Kash Patel without a lengthy liberal commentary. All claiming retribution was in the works. Says it all. There is a difference between retribution and accountability.

..

The nominee summed up his intentions at the Conservative Political Action Conference in February: “We are going to look back and say, we helped destroy the two-tiered system of justice that is targeting Americans illegally. We helped destroy and identify an intelligence community that has gone rogue to seize our right to vote with their lies and fake disinformation campaigns.”

The Deep State Revolts – Kash Patel ‘To Serve’ as FBI Director

If anyone thought that the Gaetz nomination for AG brought out the fire in the Democrats, try Kash Patel for FBI. Gaetz bowed out over allegations, Kash may not be as easy to dispatch. Though with all the time he spent with Steve Bannon and his War Room radio programs, there is a wealth of attack material to be found.

There is the issue of Christopher Wray who has two years left on his ten year term. He will not go gently into that dark night. He holds the key to much of the evidence that is damning to those in the administration and elsewhere. As AG Garland’s puppy dog, he is up to his elbows in the corruption.

As Sundance writes over at the Conservative Tree House:

…Several people are wondering if current FBI Director Chris Wray will resign.  It’s a very unusual dynamic and the internal pressure will likely be on Director Wray to force President Trump to fire him, especially if the House and Senate are in session and there’s no possibility at the time for President Trump to appoint an “acting” replacement.

A lot can happen with President Trump announcing Kash Patel “will serve as” FBI Director, while a current FBI Director is still in place.  Without the ability to appoint an “acting” replacement, the Deputy FBI director would take Wray’s place even if Wray was fired. (End)

It looks like some razzle dazzle in a recess appointment could be required. With the Supreme court ruling in 2014, it won’t be as easy. It could wind up in years of litigation.

It’s a move that could result in a fight that lands at the Supreme Court, which could put Trump at odds with conservative justices. In its 234 years, the Supreme Court has decided only one case involving recess appointments. If the conservative justices had their way in 2014, they would have made it virtually impossible for any future president to make them. (Source)

How likely is a Senate confirmation of Patel? It sounds like at least the GOPer that follows may have cold feet. After all, the FBI knows everything about all of them, down to their phone calls probably and the FBI are no doubt is in high gear already sifting through the dirt.

There is the “slush fund.” Since 1997, the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights has paid out $18.2 million to settle 291 cases of workplace disputes for Congress, the Capitol Police, the Architect of the Capitol, and the Library of Congress. When news first broke of the settlement account, Congress was accused of having a veritable #MeToo slush fund to secretly pay off victims of sexual harassment. (Source)

GOP Senator Mike Rounds expresses full confidence in Chris Wray during this interview it seems after expressing Trump has a right to bring forth his candidates. Then we have Senators Murkowski and Senator Collins I suspect would be a “no” vote on general principles.

The first couple of minutes are about Wray with Rounds comments:

Here we go with the howls from the media with their indignation. This should get them out of their depression. A “Cause Celeb”

The Tree House reposted a refresher lest we forget all that went down. It is a terrific recap and I encourage all to read it. We can hope that all the Senators do as well.

Contemplating the Next FBI Director

In order to appropriately discuss leadership of the FBI silo as an institution of DC influence, it becomes very important for everyone to understand the current status of the FBI as the organization has self-identified.

For those who followed the 2016 campaign of President Trump and then watched the 2017 attacks organized by the DOJ and FBI toward the incoming Trump administration, you may agree with me that a complete disassembly of the FBI is now warranted. However, first it is important to understand just how bad the corruption has become:

It goes down the list… Read More

The deepest of the deep state is prepared for battle.

When asked if Democrat Senator Chris Murphy knows how he will vote on Kash Patel, if nominated, Senator Murphy says not only is he a “no,” but he will also organize and lead the upper chamber effort against President Trump’s nominees.

The battle begins. The Deep State raises its ugly head. Trump no doubt is enjoying the ride. He still has his cards to play.

Fifty years to the day after Richard Nixon’s resignation, newly-unearthed documents show Watergate was a scam from start to finish. Geoff Shepard saw it happen. The parallels to what’s currently happening to Trump are remarkable.

I suggest starting at the time stamp 49:10 after watching the beginning couple of sections. The previous sections are fascinating, but with explicit details that take a lot of time.

Here is a Twitter copy in case Youtube takes it down.

Virtue? Anyone say virtue?

So how did the MSNBC take the news that Hunter was walking?

Of course the case is ongoing. Thus Comer and GOP will find it hard sailing to continue the quest for the documents to bring it all home to dad. Wray? “It’s an ongoing investigation.”

If you are still game on the virtue thing. I will throw in the latest from James O’Keefe. This dropped yesterday in the midst of the Hunter story and deserves him getting some credit as he toils in the vineyard of evil.

Yes, a very good day in the swamp.

Seized Trump Classified Docs Fit Into One Box: ‘Something Isn’t Adding Up’

The latest overblown witch hunt has Democrats giddy and their media sycophants plastering images of rooms full of boxes on TV and online. In fact the documents in question fit into a small box.

“Inside the boxes, archivists found 197 classified documents, some extremely sensitive, the government alleged in court filings. That discovery set in motion the chain of events that led to the unsealing Friday of a 38-count indictment against Trump and Walt Nauta, a trusted servant.”

The federal government and the media are coming after Trump with everything they can collectively muster.

Trump at his rally, explained how the boxes were simply clothes and other items packed at the time of his move out of the White House and had not had time or interest to unpack.

Yet the media and the FBI did another repeat of the set up when they first raided. They displayed documents to make it look as if this was as they found them.

Classified intelligence material found during search of Mar-a-Lago.jpg

Evidence seized, arrayed, and photographed by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago on 30 August 2022.

Now they show pictures of boxes of whatever, inferring that they are the documents in question. Oh how the media ate it up.

Comey: Durham Report a Nothing Burger

Comey and his arrogance never disappoints. Get ready for a blast from the past next week as Comey is setting up his interviews. Welcome to the Matrix.

Durham is due to appear on June 20 in a closed-door session with the House intelligence committee and will testify publicly the following day before the House Judiciary Committee, according to a person who discussed the dates on the condition of anonymity because they had not been publicly announced.

Former FBI Director James Comey didn’t mince words in his reaction to a special counsel’s report on the FBI investigation into Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.

“There’s nothing new in that report about the FBI. No new facts,” Comey told KTLA 5 Morning News anchor Frank Buckley.

The 306-page report by Justice Department special counsel John Durham is refocusing negative attention on one of the most politically significant investigations in FBI history: the probe into whether Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign was conspiring with Russia to tip the outcome of the election.

The report is worth a read considering the mayhem the country has been through thanks to Comey and his gang.

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe responds to John Durham’s report, which concluded that the FBI had an insufficient basis to open a full investigation into the connections between former President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia.

Prepping the public with the gang over at MSNBC.

For a refresher:

2017 Bunkerville

Sounds like a man with a story. Where did he start? In law. He was a partner at firm McGuireWoods, where, among other things, he successfully defended a company against claims its machinery had caused asbestos-related injuries.

And from there? From there he moved into public prosecution and eventually came to the attention of President George W Bush, who appointed him deputy attorney general of the United States in 2003. But he left after two years in the role.

To do what? Sell tanks, bombs and jets to drop them from. He joined Lockheed Martin, one of the world’s largest defence contractors, as senior vice-president.

In 2005, Comey left law enforcement for the defense industry, joining money-in-politics powerhouse Lockheed Martin. As senior vice president and general counsel he earned more than $6 million in compensation in his last full year with the company.

And then? Dipped his toe in the world of hedge funds at Bridgewater Associates before joining the board of HSBC Holdings.

The author of this piece makes a prescient observation regarding the Comey Ashcroft relationship:

On the surface, it’s an odd pairing: Comey—who cites liberal theologian Reinhold Niebuhr as a formative influence, and who can sing along with Good Charlotte pop-punk hits—and Ashcroft, a reactionary born-again Christian who breaks into spirited renditions of biblical hymns. There’s little risk Comey will lose his sense of humor in his new job. It’s only his soul that’s up for grabs.

Now we know why it was so odd.

His Brother?

Additionally, Peter Comey, James’ brother, serves as “Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas” for DLA Piper, according to the report.

DLA Piper is number five on Hillary Clinton’s all-time career Top Contributors list. DLA also performed an independent audit of The Clinton Foundation in November.

Oh, by the way, where’s John Ashcroft today? Why he’s on the Board of Directors of Blackwater USA,which now goes by the harmless sounding name – Academi – conjuring up images of ivy-covered buildings and lounging intellectuals.

Hillary Clinton accepted the endorsement of former Attorney General Eric Holder, the man who oversaw a record decrease in white-collar prosecutions, and who inadvertently coined the phrase — “too big to jail” — which is often used to describe the Obama Justice Department’s approach to corporate crime.

FBI Used Undercover Agent to Target Leadership of the US Catholic Church

Confirmed. The FBI did have informants in Catholic churches. Documents released on Monday confirm this, Meanwhile Merrick Garland continues to claim otherwise.

Here we go:

A few weeks ago, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) asked  chief Merrick Garland, “Are you cultivating sources and spies in Latin Mass parishes and other Catholic parishes around the country?” Garland pleaded innocent, insisting, “No, the Justice Department does not do that and does not, uh, um, do investigations based on religion.”

But it has now come to light — okay, get ready for the shock of your life — that Garland was lying. The feds did have informants in Catholic churches, snooping around and looking for evidence of that domestic terror threat that the Biden regime keeps insisting is the worst such threat we face today. Nor is there any indication that they’ve taken these spies out of the pews.

In November 2021, FBI and Homeland Security Department officials increased investigations of “domestic extremists,” reiterating the claim that they are today’s foremost terror threat. The only problem with this was that there just weren’t enough “domestic violent extremists” to match the hysterical rhetoric, and so the FBI actually resorted to pressuring agents to inflate domestic extremism numbers, and even to fabricate such cases.

That imperative, plus the burning hatred that Catholic Joe’s regime clearly has for all forms of traditional Christianity and above all for pro-lifers, may have led to the fact that, as Fox News reported Monday, the FBI “recently sought to develop sources inside Christian churches and Catholic dioceses as part of an effort to combat domestic terrorism.” This is clear from internal FBI documents that the House Judiciary Committee released to the public on Monday.

The internal documents — obtained last month by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and Rep. Mike Johnson, R-La., who are also members of the so-called Weaponization Subcommittee — showed the FBI planned to use churches as “new avenues for tripwire and source development.” The federal law enforcement agency also aimed to specifically target “mainline Catholic parishes” as part of its efforts.

FBI Christopher Wray at WEF Discusses Success in Controlling Pre-Crime

t was FBI’s Chris Wray’s remarks at the WEF that should be the most concerning. One would wonder why Wray found his way to Davos, and just what was his agenda? For those concerned about the FBI’s intrusion into our lives, he didn’t disappoint.

The FBI is a criminal investigative agency. Meaning, a crime is committed, and the FBI mission is to investigate it, solve it, and bring the information to the justice department for pursuit. At least that was the customary role of the FBI as it was/is commonly discussed.

However, please note that in Director Wray’s remarks, every element of the FBI mission is framed around “prevention” of criminal activity, or what we would call pre-crimes.    Conservative Tree House

Change the mission from the investigation of crime to the prevention of crime, and the entire apparatus of the mission fundamentally changes.

Criminals are no longer the target when you are preventing crimes.  Criminals are only targets in the aftermath of crime.  When you are preventing crime, everyone that could commit a crime is the new mission target.  Everyone, regardless of their connection to – or association with – criminal activity, is now a potential criminal.   Potential criminals must be monitored.

Potential criminals are now the target.  You are a potential criminal.  As a result of your potential ability, you are a target for pre-crime investigation.  Within the process of pre-crime investigation, your archaic views of freedom and liberty are dispatched.

The office of the Director of National Intelligence was created to turn the terrorist radar internally.  Every American is now a potential “domestic terrorist.”  Thus, you see FBI Director Christopher Wray sitting on a stage and openly admitting the FBI partnerships with the private sector are key to the mission; a mission of pre-crime targeting.

Helena picks up the story

Imagine how this could play out in a Communist Regime America?   A Police Officer gives someone a ticket for speeding because they looked like they might speed based on the make of the car, although they were not.   Or, it looked like you might be a shoplifter, so we pre-emptively arrested you.   Or, you own a gun, therefore you may use it to harm someone given you are an angry person…  Arrest.  Jail.

Despite the FBI being a US Agency tasked with US crimes, Wray chose to go the WEF as a US representative to call for a ‘global FBI’.   But we already have a global FBI, it is called the CIA.   So what is he doing?

Other comments made by Wray include his deep fear of China’s AI.   Why?   According to Wray, China stole massive amounts of data and intellectual property over the years.   Their evolution into AI is now greater than the US industry and Wray is concerned of what they might do.   I mean, I get it to a point, it is somewhat like preventative medicine.

EXCEPT.   The FBI allowed the Thousand Talents Program to infiltrate the US for nearly a decade without any concerns at all apparently.  UNDER Wray’;s watch.  So why was China ‘good’ then and ‘bad’ now?   What changed?   Not China.   China is exactly the same – just as all communists are like stagflation – they don’t move unless pushed.

Wray has been FBI Director for 5 ½ years.   During all that time China was busily gobbling up every piece of intellectual proprietary information from all our Elite Schools, including Harvard.   They were assisted by Fauci’s NIH with funding and grants.   So. What’s the new beef?   Crickets?

Here are Wray’s remarks. Listen carefully. (Skip ad)
