Kash Patel Starts Investigation of Comey’s ‘Two Honey Pots’ who Infiltrated 2016 Trump Campaign

That didn’t take long. No better news for a mid-week break then to know our man Kash is on the job. Kash is out there tracking down the two gals who reportedly were sent to infiltrate Trump’s operation back in the day. According to the whistle blower, one gal moved on to the CIA and the other a “high level executive” in a FBI field office. That shouldn’t take long to find them.

FBI Director Kash Patel has launched an investigation into former Director James Comey’s secret “honeypot” operation involving 2 female undercover agents who targeted President Trump’s 2016 campaign, according to The Washington Times.

Here we go:

FBI leadership is starting an investigation into the origins of the agency’s plan a decade ago to infiltrate the campaign of presidential candidate Donald Trump using two female undercover “honeypot” agents.

The off-the-books investigation, launched in 2015 by FBI Director James B. Comey, was revealed by an agency whistleblower in a protected disclosure to the House Judiciary Committee last year and first reported exclusively by The Washington Times in October.

In the intelligence community, a honeypot commonly refers to an undercover operative, usually a woman, who feigns sexual or romantic interest to obtain information from a target.

Mr. Trump launched his presidential campaign on June 16, 2015, about a year before the FBI opened Crossfire Hurricane.

The whistleblower agent “personally knew” that Mr. Comey ordered an FBI investigation into Mr. Trump and that Mr. Comey “personally directed it,” according to the disclosure.

The investigation did not appear to target a specific crime but was more of what agents would describe as a fishing expedition to find anything incriminating against Mr. Trump.

The whistleblower said the undercover operation was obscured from Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz, who investigated misconduct in the bureau’s probe of the Trump campaign.

The FBI whistleblower employee noted in the disclosure that one of the undercovers agreed to be transferred to the CIA so she would not be available as a potential witness.

The other undercover employee was rewarded for her activities through a promotion in the bureau and is now a high-level FBI executive in a major field office.

Comey: Durham Report a Nothing Burger

Comey and his arrogance never disappoints. Get ready for a blast from the past next week as Comey is setting up his interviews. Welcome to the Matrix.

Durham is due to appear on June 20 in a closed-door session with the House intelligence committee and will testify publicly the following day before the House Judiciary Committee, according to a person who discussed the dates on the condition of anonymity because they had not been publicly announced.

Former FBI Director James Comey didn’t mince words in his reaction to a special counsel’s report on the FBI investigation into Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.

“There’s nothing new in that report about the FBI. No new facts,” Comey told KTLA 5 Morning News anchor Frank Buckley.

The 306-page report by Justice Department special counsel John Durham is refocusing negative attention on one of the most politically significant investigations in FBI history: the probe into whether Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign was conspiring with Russia to tip the outcome of the election.

The report is worth a read considering the mayhem the country has been through thanks to Comey and his gang.

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe responds to John Durham’s report, which concluded that the FBI had an insufficient basis to open a full investigation into the connections between former President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia.

For a refresher:

2017 Bunkerville

Sounds like a man with a story. Where did he start? In law. He was a partner at firm McGuireWoods, where, among other things, he successfully defended a company against claims its machinery had caused asbestos-related injuries.

And from there? From there he moved into public prosecution and eventually came to the attention of President George W Bush, who appointed him deputy attorney general of the United States in 2003. But he left after two years in the role.

To do what? Sell tanks, bombs and jets to drop them from. He joined Lockheed Martin, one of the world’s largest defence contractors, as senior vice-president.

In 2005, Comey left law enforcement for the defense industry, joining money-in-politics powerhouse Lockheed Martin. As senior vice president and general counsel he earned more than $6 million in compensation in his last full year with the company.

And then? Dipped his toe in the world of hedge funds at Bridgewater Associates before joining the board of HSBC Holdings.

The author of this piece makes a prescient observation regarding the Comey Ashcroft relationship:

On the surface, it’s an odd pairing: Comey—who cites liberal theologian Reinhold Niebuhr as a formative influence, and who can sing along with Good Charlotte pop-punk hits—and Ashcroft, a reactionary born-again Christian who breaks into spirited renditions of biblical hymns. There’s little risk Comey will lose his sense of humor in his new job. It’s only his soul that’s up for grabs.

Now we know why it was so odd.

His Brother?

Additionally, Peter Comey, James’ brother, serves as “Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas” for DLA Piper, according to the report.

DLA Piper is number five on Hillary Clinton’s all-time career Top Contributors list. DLA also performed an independent audit of The Clinton Foundation in November.

Oh, by the way, where’s John Ashcroft today? Why he’s on the Board of Directors of Blackwater USA,which now goes by the harmless sounding name – Academi – conjuring up images of ivy-covered buildings and lounging intellectuals.

Eric Holder? He is now a white-collar defense attorney at a firm that lobbies for major banks, pharmaceutical companies and defense contractors.

Hillary Clinton accepted the endorsement of former Attorney General Eric Holder, the man who oversaw a record decrease in white-collar prosecutions, and who inadvertently coined the phrase — “too big to jail” — which is often used to describe the Obama Justice Department’s approach to corporate crime.

Two different tales from two criminals – Comey & Clapper over “spying”

Clapper and Comey must be sweating bullets as their charade is winding down. Both are on the MSM payroll – CBS and CNN and thus must dutifully meet their obligations for appearances this week apparently. Here are two tales from two criminals.

Interesting that the two are taking different roads as to the business of “spying.” I for one am looking forward to watching this whole thing play out.

Clapper on Obama Admin.: What They Did to Trump Campaign ‘Meets the Dictionary Definition of Spying’

“Was it spying?”asked host Wolf Blitzer.

“Well, yeah I guess it meets the dictionary definition of spying—surveillance or spying, a term I don’t particularly like,” Clapper said. “It’s not a term used by intelligence people. It has a negative connotation, a rogue operation, out of control, not in compliance of the law, and that’s not the case at all.”

Last month, Clapper slammed Attorney General William Barr’s assertion that Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign was spied on, saying his claim was “stunning and scary.”

“I thought it was both stunning and scary,” Clapper said. “I was amazed at that and rather disappointed that the attorney general would say such a thing… The term ‘spying’ has all kinds of negative connotations, and I have to believe he chose that term deliberately.”

“It would have been far more appropriate for him to just defer to that investigation rather than postulating with apparently no evidence. He just has a feeling that there was spying against the campaign,” Clapper added.  Read more

Former FBI Director James Comey says the FBI never spied on the Trump campaign. Comey, whose book is entitled “A Higher Loyalty,” joined CBSN with his response to the president’s attacks on the intelligence community.

Comey is the Cornered Rat not Trump

Alice in Wonderland

Did I take the Red Pill or the Blue Pill? Frankly by now I cannot remember. All I know is that somehow I slid down the rabbit hole and like Alice I know not where I am.

This after a weekend of bizarre interviews with Trump opponents claiming they had their very fingers on his jugular.

Bernstein claims that Trump the rat is cornered? Impeachment soon. Going to Prison. On and on.

Comey: “Former FBI Director James Comey asks American voters to end Donald Trump’s presidency with a “landslide” victory for his opponent in 2020.”

The Truth? They are the ones trapped. They know it. They are fighting for their very existence because given enough time, Trump can become the vicious dog who corners his prey.

See, two can play this game.

Comey has much to fear. Comey may fear for his brother as well.

Recall the Clinton Foundation whistleblower?

EXCLUSIVE: FBI Raids Home Of Whistleblower On Clinton …

here

Why the raid? Because the FBI is sweating bullets to learn what the whistleblower turned over to congress. They knew he had whistleblower status and should not have been touched. They knew he had an attorney that they should have contacted, not him. But they did it anyway. Thats what cornered dogs do.

But more importantly

CLINTON NIGHTMARE! Chief Financial Officer of Clinton Foundation …

Clinton Foundation CFO Who ‘Knows Where the Bodies Are Buried …

Western Journal

That’s because in one the documents being presented to the subcommittee will be comments from the Clinton Foundation’s longtime chief financial officer, Andrew Kessel.

According to The Hill’s John Solomon, Kessel is quoted as saying he was “unable to stop former President Clinton from ‘commingling’ personal business and charitable activities inside the foundation and that he ‘knows where all the bodies are buried.’”

Comey’s Brother?

Additionally, Peter Comey, James’ brother, serves as “Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas” for DLA Piper, according to the report.

DLA Piper is number five on Hillary Clinton’s all-time career Top Contributors list. DLA also performed an independent audit of The Clinton Foundation in November.

DLA Piper also does the Clinton Foundation’s taxes. That’s right. In fact, when the Clinton Foundation scandal broke, it was DLA Piper that performed the 2015 audit on the Foundation, which was supposed to be an independent audit for the appearance of propriety.

Clinton Foundation tax forms reveal millions in unreported donations.

An examination of the charity’s tax forms by reporters earlier this year prompted Clinton Foundation officials to undertake an “exhaustive review” of past returns, which uncovered “several additional errors,” according to foundation president Donna Shalala.

In 2010, 2011 and 2012, for example, the Clinton Foundation did not list any government grants.

Back to Comey

A review of FBI Director James Comey’s professional history and relationships shows that the Obama cabinet leader — now under fire for his handling of the investigation of Hillary Clinton — is deeply entrenched in the big-money cronyism culture of Washington, D.C. His personal and professional relationships — all undisclosed as he announced the Bureau would not prosecute Clinton — reinforce bipartisan concerns that he may have politicized the criminal probe.

These concerns focus on millions of dollars that Comey accepted from a Clinton Foundation defense contractor, Comey’s former membership on a Clinton Foundation corporate partner’s board, and his surprising financial relationship with his brother Peter Comey, who works at the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation’s taxes.

In the report, Comey is noted as receiving $6 million in one year alone from Lockheed Martin, who is a Clinton Foundation donor, and became a donor in the same year Comey received those funds.

Haven’t had enough yet?

Additionally, Mr. Comey became a board member, a director, and a Financial System Vulnerabilities Committee member of the London bank HSBC Holdings in 2013. HSBC has also partnered with The Clinton Foundation, where records indicate that the bank projected $1 billion in financing through the Clinton Foundation for “retrofitting” 1,500 to 2,000 housing units to conserve energy.

Remember, Peter Comey,  James’ brother, serves as “Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas” for DLA Piper, according to the report.

H/T:Washington Standard

Just remember earlier B-ville post:

Twenty Million Americans spied on, unmasked, and Comey’s coverup?

and finally, most importantly. The Clinton Foundation is simply a shell game,

For Hillary, charity begins at home. Little reported with the Friday dump of her tax returns is the fact that $14 million of her “charity” went to her own foundation. So a tax break for herself. Actually, our little contribution to her corruption machine. It took me to go to the Indian Express to find this gem.

Indian Express:

The Clintons donated nearly 11 percent of their income to charity in 2014, according to her tax return. This year, the Clintons boosted personal donations to their global family charity, the Clinton Foundation, to between $5 million and $10 million.

Now the laugh line:

Clinton Foundation placed on charity ‘Watch list’

What I find amazing is the media’s refusal to cover the fact that the Clinton Foundation gives out only about 15 percent of its “donations” for grants. We keep hearing about all of the “good works” that they do, but compared to its revenue, it is nothing but a money beast that enriches and corrupts others. So here we go:

Last month, the website The Federalist looked at the Clinton Foundation’s IRS filings for the period between 2008 and 2012. According to its analysis, only 15 percent of the $500 million raised during that span when towards grants for other organizations.

Nearly $110 million was paid out in the form of salaries and benefits while $25 million went towards travel expenses. Almost 60 percent of the organization’s disclosed revenue — or $290 million — was listed under the category of “other expenses.”

The Clinton Foundation has joined Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network on a list of naughty nonprofits maintained by Charity Navigator, a prominent charity monitor.

The Clinton Foundation was put on Charity Navigator’s “watch list” last month,The New York Post reported on Sunday.

Charity Navigator created a watch list last year to include any charity that does not “meet our criteria.” Organizations are placed on the list when Charity Navigator becomes “aware of conduct that may affect a donor’s decision to support that charity.” (Think Haiti as their one charitable cause that enriched Hillary’s brother.)

How to win leftist friends without really trying

I’ve been trying to figure out James Comey, 7th Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  According to my understanding, Mr. Comey was, for most of his adult life, a registered Republican.  That changed in 2016 when he stated that politically, he is unaffiliated.

So, what happened in 2016?  In the news …

*Bernie Sanders was utterly destroyed by Hillary Clinton, after which she handily won the Democratic nomination for the presidency.

*Hillary Clinton seized the Democratic National Convention, and then drove that organization toward bankruptcy from such shenanigans as paying for a fake Dossier on Donald J. Trump, which from all accounts, cost the DNC millions of dollars.

*Black Lives Matter made it in to the political mainstream, which clearly must stand out as one of Barack Obama’s principal achievements.

*Elizabeth Warren challenged anyone to prove that she’s not a Native American.  If she is, then she must be one of the richest Indians on the continent.  Her Middlesex County wigwam cost multi-millions of wampum.  Later testing revealed that she’s actually 1/1,024th part Native American.  In making her claim, no one is quite sure which part she’s talking about.

*Bill Clinton met surreptitiously with Loretta Lynch, who was then serving as Attorney General of the United States.  As Attorney General, Lynch was Comey’s boss.

*Not long afterward, James Comey announced that he would not seek an indictment of Hillary Clinton over the now infamous email controversy.

*Four weeks before the 2016 general election, Comey drafted a letter exonerating Clinton for any wrong doing.

*Two weeks before the election, Comey stated that he would re-open the Clinton investigation.  Democrats claimed that Comey sabotaged Clinton’s chance of winning the election.

*Donald J. Trump surprised everyone by winning the general election and Hillary Clinton started hating Trump even more than she did before then —which, when you think about it, is an awful lot of hate for one person.

Of course, we can only guess about what was really going on.  Comey, a long-time Republican, suddenly unaffiliated, refused to ask for an indictment of Clinton in the face of overwhelming evidence that she willfully and intentionally violated federal law respecting the safeguarding of classified information.  This was after Bill’s meeting with Loretta.  Then, Comey did a 180 and “re-opened” the investigation.

Here’s my guess: Barack Obama did not want Clinton to succeed him.  Why? Because George Soros didn’t want Clinton to succeed Obama.  A republican in the White House for four years gives Georgie four years to look around for another Manchurian candidate.

What has Soros to do with Comey?  As my friend at Bunkerville keep’s reminding me, if you ever want to find the truth, follow the money.  I would like to know if Comey has an off-shore bank account and whether a very large sum of money was ever deposited there … oh, say, between two and four weeks before the general election.

Getting back to the Clinton email snafu, I heard today that a federal judge has ruled that Mrs. Clinton must answer questions under oath during a further inquiry into the events of the email escapade.  I presume that Judge Royce C. Lamberth will schedule a judicial hearing in the not-too-distance future.  If true, then 2019 should turn out to be a very happy new year for conservatives.  Removing this case from the halls of Congress to a federal courtroom seems like the right thing to do.

If there are any competing theories out there?  I’d love to hear them.  I love conspiracy theories.  There are so many possibilities about how this affair will turn out, and so little time.

Flashback : Comey declared that FBI would be independent of politics

Saint Comey

For Saturday’s flashback and whatever happened to – I went back to an old 2013 post of James Comey. I don’t think I have to fill you in on the “whatever happened to” part. Amazing that it recalls that he became the new FBI Director in the fall of 2013. So that is when the long National nightmare was born. This will be a real knee slapper.

New FBI Director has agents visiting MLK monument

“I’m going to direct that all new agents and analysts also visit the Martin Luther King Memorial here in Washington,” said Comey, whose term runs for 10 years.

“I think it will serve as a different kind of lesson, one more personal to the Bureau, of the dangers in becoming untethered to oversight and accountability,” he said.

Rev. King was monitored by FBI agents from 1958 to 1968, during the presidencies of Republican Dwight Eisenhower, and Democrats John Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson.

In the 1950s and 1960s, Democrats dominated southern politics, and used their power to block demands for equal treatment of blacks with whites. For example, Birmingham’s police chief, Theophilus “Bull” Connor, used firehoses and dogs to block a march in 1963. Connor was a Democrat and a member of the Democratic National Committee.

Comey declared the FBI would be independent of politics.

“The FBI must be independent of all political forces or interests in this country… [and] must stand apart from other institutions in American life,” he said. “But, second, at the same time, it must be part of the United States Department of Justice, and constrained by the rule of law and the checks and balances built into our brilliant design by our nation’s founders.”

“Our first half-century or so was a time of great progress and achievement for this country, and for the Bureau,” Comey said. “But it also saw abuse and overreach — most famously with respect to Martin Luther King and others, who were viewed as internal security threats.”

Comey did not explain who the “others” were, but he did seem to criticize the FBI’s surveillance of political radicals in the 1960s.

Why are U.S. retired spies now in the limelight?

As former CIA and FBI people froth at the mouth, it’s good to recall this is not the way it was or is supposed to be. NPR did a good piece and worth a look. I’ll include a couple of the greatest hits from the deepest of the deep State. Trump must be getting very close to disrupting the activities of the Deep State for them to come up and out of their hedge row. Maybe they were so sure they would continue in power with the election of Hillary and their corruption pattern insured? Maybe it’s a temper tantrum that after a life time of power they are the ones condemned to the dust bin of history.

When Michael Hayden ran the CIA and the National Security Agency, his public comments were largely confined to congressional testimony. Now that he’s retired, “I’m on Twitter and I’m on CNN,” said Hayden.

He was also the featured guest as dozens of former national security officials and several current ones spoke at a recent conference on threats the U.S. faces.

Spies used to retire and fade away as quietly as when they were on duty. Now they go on cable TV. They write op-eds. They take to Twitter and criticize the president.

John Brennan, an ex-CIA chief, has tweeted just 25 times.Yet he’s amassed more than 220,000 followers by lambasting the president in comments like this one below, unleashed last month, when FBI official Andrew McCabe was fired. More at  NPR

Caption this Instagram Photo by Comey!

As hard as I tried to find out what Comey was doing in the Netherlands of all places, I could find nothing. Curious don’t you think? Then I will remind us of Comey’s  “leak” to his “friend” who by Comey’s own admission, started this whole ball rolling. His “friend” magically became his attorney when it appeared the leak may have contained classified information. But apparently Trump’s Attorney, it is claimed by the government, is operating as a “fixer”and not as an Attorney. Last I heard that is what Attorney’s do. They fix things. So much for Saint Comey. Please, will someone tell me why this man is not on the docket of some court somewhere? I was trying to think of a caption for the photo – any ideas?

It appears we overlooked this photo James Comey posted to Instagram on April 1 of the former FBI director in the Netherlands. Check it out:
