Davos – Trump Lets Them Know There is a New Sheriff in Town.

What a stunner of a speech Trump gave to Davos. He laid it all out in spades. It’s  blockbuster news story time it seems, almost every day.

Davos. There is a new sheriff in town, the old Davos is out.

I wheeled out Bunk’s box of Golden Moments at Davos. It turns out most years I had a thought or two on the matter. What caught my eye was one that I did as recently as 2023. A refresher on why the FBI needs a full trim. First where we were just a couple of years ago.

FBI Christopher Wray at WEF Discusses Success in Controlling Pre-Crime

Here are a few highlights..

One would wonder why Wray found his way to Davos, and just what was his agenda? For those concerned about the FBI’s intrusion into our lives, he didn’t disappoint.

The FBI is a criminal investigative agency. Meaning, a crime is committed, and the FBI mission is to investigate it, solve it, and bring the information to the justice department for pursuit. At least that was the customary role of the FBI as it was/is commonly discussed.

However, please note that in Director Wray’s remarks, every element of the FBI mission is framed around “prevention” of criminal activity, or what we would call pre-crimes.

Conservative Tree House

Change the mission from the investigation of crime to the prevention of crime, and the entire apparatus of the mission fundamentally changes.

Criminals are no longer the target when you are preventing crimes.  Criminals are only targets in the aftermath of crime.  When you are preventing crime, everyone that could commit a crime is the new mission target.  Everyone, regardless of their connection to – or association with – criminal activity, is now a potential criminal.   Potential criminals must be monitored.

Potential criminals are now the target.  You are a potential criminal.  As a result of your potential ability, you are a target for pre-crime investigation.  Within the process of pre-crime investigation, your archaic views of freedom and liberty are dispatched.

The office of the Director of National Intelligence was created to turn the terrorist radar internally.  Every American is now a potential “domestic terrorist.”  Thus, you see FBI Director Christopher Wray sitting on a stage and openly admitting the FBI partnerships with the private sector are key to the mission; a mission of pre-crime targeting.

Helena picks up the story

Imagine how this could play out in a Communist Regime America?   A Police Officer gives someone a ticket for speeding because they looked like they might speed based on the make of the car, although they were not.   Or, it looked like you might be a shoplifter, so we pre-emptively arrested you.   Or, you own a gun, therefore you may use it to harm someone given you are an angry person…  Arrest.  Jail.

Despite the FBI being a US Agency tasked with US crimes, Wray chose to go the WEF as a US representative to call for a ‘global FBI’.   But we already have a global FBI, it is called the CIA.   So what is he doing?

Other comments made by Wray include his deep fear of China’s AI.   Why?   According to Wray, China stole massive amounts of data and intellectual property over the years.   Their evolution into AI is now greater than the US industry and Wray is concerned of what they might do.   I mean, I get it to a point, it is somewhat like preventative medicine.

EXCEPT.   The FBI allowed the Thousand Talents Program to infiltrate the US for nearly a decade without any concerns at all apparently.  UNDER Wray’s watch.  So why was China ‘good’ then and ‘bad’ now?   What changed?   Not China.   China is exactly the same – just as all communists are like stagflation – they don’t move unless pushed.

Wray has been FBI Director for 5 ½ years.   During all that time China was busily gobbling up every piece of intellectual proprietary information from all our Elite Schools, including Harvard.   They were assisted by Fauci’s NIH with funding and grants.   So. What’s the new beef?   Crickets?

Pick up the story of Wray at the 1:40 time stamp.

Here is the latest from Davos. He spoke for over an hour, with another 30 or more minutes for questions. It’s all out there on YouTube. It was Reagansque and will be one for the history books. Check it out this weekend.

Trump puts the peddle to the metal.

What a change from the mumbling fumbling fool we had as President.

The very best of the swamp.

Zelensky’s Opening Act at Davos -Courts JPMorgan, Bank of America, Bridgewater CEO’s

Ah, like vultures circling a dead carcass, the millionaires and billionaires feast at the thought of rebuilding Ukraine. Last I heard, Zelensky had not won any war. He too circles Davos, this time for more than armaments, and funding for his government and his people’s pensions.

If we had any question about whether our congress would fund Ukraine, question no more. Our doddering old fool McConnell will not disappoint. “After all thars money in them thar hills” in Ukraine… all that rebuilding.

Zelensky was an opening act with his 30 minute speech which we have heard most of before. The beggars cup was out. Wander over to YouTube for it, I will spare everyone.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy met some of the biggest names in global finance on Tuesday morning on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. The Ukrainian leader spoke with JPMorgan’s Jamie Dimon, Blackstone’s Steve Schwarzman and Bridgewater founder Ray Dalio among others.

Zero Hedge picks up the story

As expected, anything related to Ukraine presented at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos has been focused on more weaponry and seeking more vows of integration among Western allies.

“Ukrainians need predictable financing throughout 2024 and beyond,” European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen told World Economic Forum participants. “They need a sufficient and sustained supply of weapons to defend Ukraine and regain its rightful territory.”

As for President Zelensky, in addressing world leaders at the forum he emphasized that the West needs to help Ukraine achieve air superiority if his forces are to have a chance to emerge victorious against Russia.

At the summit, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken promised that Washington will keep up its support for Ukraine, however while keeping things vague – following Biden’s proposed foreign defense budget request being reject by GOP members in Congress; and NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg suggested Ukraine is moving closer to entry into the alliance.

Stoltenberg acknowledged a “serious battlefield situation” but also said there is “cause for optimism” after nearly two years of fighting, and NATO’s constant support.

Below is a portion of the NATO press readout based on Stoltenberg’s panel speech

Conversely, he said that “Russia has lost what they wanted to achieve with the war, and that was to control Ukraine”; Ukrainians are now firmly oriented to the West, aspiring for membership in NATO and the European Union. The Secretary General also stressed that “support for Ukraine is not charity; it’s an investment in our own security”.

….

But here’s what’s happening at Davos which is arguably more important to Kiev at the moment:
Ukraine is seeking new ways to finance its rebuilding plans as vital aid from the West slows down. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reportedly has plans to meet JP Morgan’s CEO at the World Economic Forum.

Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy is reportedly planning to meet JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon at the World Economic Forum in Davos to seek new ways of financing its rebuilding plans

JP Morgan, the biggest US bank with almost half a trillion dollars of market capitalization, has already been advising Ukraine on financing reconstruction.
It’s as yet unclear if any firm promises were made or agreements struck at the Davos meeting which also included Bank of America’s Brian Moynihan, as well as Bridgewater’s Ray Dalio

According to further details of who was in attendance via Fox Business: “Other meeting attendees included David Rubinstein of the private equity firm Carlyle Group; billionaire entrepreneur Michael Dell, the founder of Dell Technologies; Ray Dalio of Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund; Steve Schwarzman, the CEO of Blackstone, the world’s largest private equity fund; and Philipp Hildebrand, representing BlackRock, the world’s largest money manager.”

Additionally, “Dimon was accompanied by Mary Erdoes, who runs JPMorgan’s asset-management unit. The White House was represented by Penny Pritzker, of the super-wealthy Pritzker family and a major Democratic Party donor.” Pritzker has been appointed Biden administration’s special representative for Ukraine’s economic recovery.

I ask, isn’t this the cart before the horse? Maybe they know a lot more than we do.

Delusional Zelensky – Out of Options and Not Winning

One final note:

Read the Time article here

So no elections and Zelensky just baned The Ukraine Orthodox church. Arrested and threw the monks into jail. Not much further down the rabbit hole to go.

On Sunday October 22, 2023 I included from my usual non political respite his attack on the Church.

…the prohibition of religious organizations associated with the Russian Federation was adopted in the first reading,” lawmaker Yaroslav Zhelezniak announced, after it passed 267 to 15.

The UOC blasted the move the get it legally banned as a severe violation of human rights and religious freedoms which violates the European Convention on Human Rights.

Just Who Is WEF Klaus Schwab?

WEF: How do we get Americans to accept the idea of a social credit system?

Goebbels: Let’s start with the public healthcare system, then move outward. It’s the same game plan that the German people succumbed to. Infectious disease = fear = ’emergency powers’.

WEF: Free Speech? Warning to Elon Musk

“If you don’t comply and regulate speech, the UN will issue sanctions”

Now…….the man who brought you the event.

Just who is the man in front of the curtain at the WEF?

by Mustang

Klaus Martin Schwab was born in 1938 in Ravensburg, Germany.  His father and mother were living in Switzerland but moved to Germany so his father, Eugen Wilhelm, could become a Nazi.  They say an acorn doesn’t fall too far from the tree.  The proof of that would seem to be that Schwab’s daughter, Nicole, is a co-founder of the Gender Equality/Diversity Project.  One might recall that the project champions the right of six-year-old children to cut out their sexual organs and replace them with opposing sex organ look-a-likes manufactured by Mattel.

A highly educated man, Schwab holds doctorates in mechanical engineering and economics and a master’s degree in public administration.  His career mainly focused on academic positions, where there was no money, so to make up for that, he started the “European Management Forum” in 1971.  It was so successful that in 1987 he changed the name to World Economic Forum.  Sure, it was slow going for a while, but now Klaus is worth an estimated $100 million.  This isn’t bad when you’re a mere academic with no genuine work experience.

In 2003, Klaus appointed his mirror image, José Maria Figueres, as Chief Executive Officer, fully intending to name Figueres as his successor.  But in 2004, Figueres resigned from his post.  Someone discovered that José had collected an undisclosed $900,000 consultancy fee from Alcatel, a French telecommunications company.  Transparency International took a keen interest in this incident and highlighted it in their annual Global Corruption Report.  I wonder, though, if José’s issue was problematic, what must we think of $100 million?

Dr. Schwab has had enough of democracy.  This isn’t how De Fuhrer does things (Fuhrer meaning Caesar).  The Transnational Institute (an international non-profit advocacy think-tank) warns everyone to beware of the World Economic Forum.  It is Schwab’s goal to replace recognized democracies with self-selected stakeholders who he intends will make all the decisions for the people … who are apparently too stupid to make decisions for themselves.

Note: given his wealth and influence, he might be right.  Who does Dr. Schwab look to for positive reinforcement?  No, we aren’t making this up: Vladimir Putin and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

So, in conclusion, we must ask this question.  Given all we know about Dr. Gobels … er., Schwab, why is any American politician or cabinet appointee attending the World Economic Forum.  HEY AMERICA — are you paying attention?

The WEF globalists want a “global vaccine database” because the vaccines are not designed to stop COVID so much as they’re designed to spread tyranny. It’s called “total biometric surveillance.”

FBI Christopher Wray at WEF Discusses Success in Controlling Pre-Crime

The Devils of Davos Meet As Governments Spin Out of Control – Update

For years many of us bloggers would rail against the Davos meetings. We put on our tin foil and opined about the meaning of it all. We would come under blistering attack. Still we soldiered on with our warnings.

They meet again. And now that over worked expression “They say the quiet part out loud’ is now more truth not fiction. So let’s see where we are.

Time for THE DEVILS OF DAVOS TO MEET WITH THE SELF ANOINTED ELITES!

Image

But first…. let’s see how things are going so far with other governments…. I chose these after a few minutes on twitter.

Things are going swell over in Scotland….. just to put down these markers before we start.

Scotland?

How about Canada?

The federal plan to ‘transition’ large sectors of Canada’s workforce in the fight against climate change is shocking in scope

“Just transition’ isn’t about a transition at all,” said Smith. “It’s about eliminating entire sectors of our economy and hundreds of thousands of good Alberta jobs deemed too ‘dirty’ by elites in Ottawa.”

Smith’s rhetoric is highly charged, but the memo supports her conclusion about the scope of Ottawa’s plan.

It says, in detail: “The transition to a low-carbon economy will have an uneven impact across sectors, occupations and regions, and create significant labour market disruptions.

“We expect that larger-scale transformations will take place in agriculture (about 292,000 workers; 1.5 per cent of Canada’s employment);

“Energy (about 202,000 workers; 1 per cent of Canada’s employment);

“Manufacturing (about 193,000 workers; 1 per cent of Canada’s employment);

“Buildings (about 1.4 million workers; 7 per cent of Canada’s employment);

“And transportation sectors (about 642,000 workers; 3 per cent of Canada’s employment).”

That adds up to 13.5 per cent of Canada’s total workforce, in all parts of the country.

The memo recognizes, however, that the effect will be much heavier in oil and gas provinces, especially Alberta.

“The oil and gas sector in particular is a large contributor to the GDP of Alberta and Newfoundland, at 27.3 per cent and 36.2 per cent respectively, affecting about 187,000 workers in Alberta and 13,300 workers in Newfoundland, compared to less than three per cent in any other province.”

New Zealand?

Norway?

But the World Economic Forum has no intention of a slow walk into our oblivion.

Why is Christopher Wray attending? Darrell Issa? Manchin? Sinema?

Let’s cut to the chase:

Russians and Exxon team up to explore for oil, anywhere but the U.S.

Apparently, I am one of few who find this at least somewhat of interest. Drill, Baby, Drill does not include the United Sates. This comes on the heels of my hearing on Fox Business, that the reason the Stock Market is taking off is because of the S & P 500, over half  of the investments are overseas. So the world move on, and we are apparently to remain in the back seat. Yes indeed, a Sputnik moment. One big happy family.Yes, the World Economic Summit in Davos where we are getting our clock cleaned World Economic Summit – Faces of Davos. P.S. Geitner just joined the merry group. Here tis:

Exxon Mobil Corp. and OAO Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil producer, signed a $1 billion accord to explore for oil and gas in the deepwater Black Sea.

The partnership with Exxon may include oil refining at a later stage, Rosneft Chairman and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechinsaid today at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Rosneft will hold 66 percent of an exploration joint venture and Exxon the rest. Exxon Chief Executive Officer Rex Tillerson said drilling will cost as much as $1 billion and the U.S. company will make the initial investment in the project. The first well may be drilled in 2012.

Exxon and Rosneft currently work together at the Sakhalin-1 project off the coast of Russia’s Sakhalin Island. The Black Sea block, called the Tuapse Trough, covers 4,300 square miles at depths between 1 kilometer and 2 kilometers and has 70 prospective structures, according to the Rosneft website.

Sechin said it informed BP Plc of the upcoming agreement with Exxon after Rosneft and BP agreed to swap shares and explore the arctic Kara Sea earlier this month.

Rosneft also has an accord to explore a neighboring deepwater Black Sea block, Val Shatskogo, with Chevron Corp.

World Economic Forum – Faces of Davos 2011

World Economic Forum :   The new reality needs addressing, says Alcatel-Lucent CEO Ben Verwaayen.

They begin their meeting this week, January 26 through 30.

WEF: “The world economy is navigating uncharted waters in the wake of the global financial crisis. With the goal of building and sustaining economic growth in mind, the Forum is spearheading efforts to rethink infrastructure development, reshape responsible capitalism and encourage the free movement of people and goods”.

Here is a link to the issues: Here

Just call me old fashioned. The new reality? Frances Fox Piven aside, I prefer the present reality. Selfish, capitalist pig.. have at it. These guys I doubt, have the United States interest at heart. Here is a heads up on this one. We best keep our ear to the ground with old George attending.

The World Economic Forum

“is an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas”.

From Nouriel Roubini to George Soros, here are some of the VIPs attending:

“Soros’ investments don’t make headlines the way they did a couple of decades ago, but the financier himself often does, especially at Davos. Soros is now known as much for his philanthropy and support for the Democratic Party as he is his investment prowess”.

Former White House advisor and Treasury Secretary Summers is back at the meeting, having just left the Obama administration. Look for some of his customary blunt comments”.
