Mood: 3.0--better than yesterday, yay. I have a desire to skate today, but it seems very windy outside. Dreamt I was skating on ice, so I've been pondering about getting my ice hockey gear from home and going skating in San Mateo sometime (or another ice rink, if there's one closer). It does seem like a nice day today... yeah, I think I'll take out the garbage, open Dinky's trunk to dry out, and go skating a little. It's going to be a pain skating against the wind. Eh, so what? After all the dreary, sometimes rainy weather, I'll be able to soak up some sun.

Oh, I was very amused by Captain Picard in ST:TNG. He recited lines from "A Mid-Summer Night's Dream." The episode title was "Menage a Troi." Lovely voice. I watched that and a ST:DS9 episode, "Time's Orphan," which made me cry a lot, while I ate pancakes and played with Gaburi.

Woohoo! I just came back from skating. I'm glad I went because I feel so much better now. I hit the puck around for the first time outside, thus realizing that my stick needs taping up. I'll have to look up the proper way to do that. That missing bolt/screw made its absence known especially when I took hard turns. Hmmm... looks like I need to plan a trip to the south bay to get that (at Gremic's or Inline Skate). Playing around with the puck was so much fun :D
