It's been a week since I started taking Captomer for heavy metal chelation. I'm not as exhausted as I imagined I'd be. I am still exhausted all day though. I had to "nap" for 4+ hours earlier in the day :(

Tomorrow morning, I meet up with the dentist who will be removing all of my amalgam fillings to find out what the estimate will be to have all the work done. I'm not looking forward to this. It's probably going to cost a ton and be quite painful physically for me due to my jaw problems. Should I go ahead with the work, it'll take at least 10 weeks and I'd have to coordinate my appointments with my chelation schedule. I wish I knew for sure that doing this will remove the cause of my high heavy metal levels.

I did a little doodle for Aunty L's thank you card. It happened rather effortlessly, which surprised me. I sketched the shapes in pencil first before inking and coloring. It felt really good to use a pencil for drawing. It's been a while. I usually doodle in pen. I really, really hope I draw more this year!
