I would say I'm at about a 4 right now. My head and eyes hurt, feel slightly out of it, and still feel nausea. Didn't sleep until it was past 7:30am this morning, then woke up at 10am for the interview. Shouldn't I be able to sleep more easily since I only slept four hours the night before and the days before that too have been rather bad sleep when I did sleep? I tried listening to Dido as usual, tossed and turned (just can't get comfortable in that bed for some reason), walked around the house a little, drank some hot soup, flipped through junk mail (mundane=relaxing?), pet my rabbit (calming), just lay still, etc... nothing worked :P I had even gone walking for an hour with Mom and skating with Aiko to tire myself out yesterday too... Oh well, it will be interesting to see how long this goes on. I am NOT going back to taking my sleeping medication (though tempting, for sure, hahaha). I just hope I don't get overly sleepy or too out of it during the day today.

I'm looking forward to hearing Nickel Creek perform at the Freight and Salvage Cafe with Lyle. I hope they're as good as I remembered them to be from when I saw them on TV (KQED or PBS). Ah, if I could somehow make myself learn to play an instrument. The guitar sits in the hall upstairs in vain... (good thing Fishbone hasn't taken a liking to chewing up the case... yet).
