I haven't been able to post anything the last two and a half days because I was feeling REALLY ILL because of medication withdrawal. Had an on and off throbbing headache, dizziness, almost constant nausea, and thus, an inability to move around much or do much of anything at all (not even read!). The nausea was the worst. I couldn't keep anything down for two full days (hey I lost 5 pounds!)I didn't eat much today either, but I don't feel too bad right now. Today, I've pretty much just sat in front of the computer or sat playing with Fishbone. I skipped tutoring Mon, Tue, and Wed. I might tutor tomorrow if I feel up to it. I feel just slightly productive because I sent my resume to a bunch of places (I don't even remember where now--that's bad), posted my resume on Craigslist.com, and finally wrote back to Joan Lee. No isketch.net this week (Mon-Wed)yet, I think.

Lyle helped me get connected online on his notebook, which I am using now, but my xo.com dial-in still doesn't work. It'll be a mystery why until Friday. I still think, it's something stupid that I must not be doing or did do. Using the internet on the notebook is definitely faster than on my Mac--load time seems faster and no crashes so far (yeah!!). For some reason the ICQ program(?) doesn't work on this machine either. It says "run time error" and quits when I try to use it. Why?? I was hoping to use it too. I played a few games of mine sweeper (I had been missing that game since I was on the Mac). Mom heard the countdown and explosion sound (when they were enabled) and she yelled, "You're crashing the computer! It's craaashing! It crashed. I heard it!"

Brian called around 10:10pm and again later, but his line's fuzzy so he decided to call me tomorrow(later today, I guess)instead. Pepper seems to be doing well. Brian's going to Lake Tahoe for the weekend so I get to take care of Pepper :) I look forward to it. Hopefully, I'll bring him over here, so I can easily take turns playing with him and Fishbone.

Should I rename Fishbone? To Xena? Or "The Princess" or "The Queen" or "Her Royal Highness" or something? She's great :) I like calling her Fishy though.
