I'm tired. I was playing isketch again, but Chudo needed to go online, so I'm going to write about today. I was talking to the prostitue guy again and he seemed in much better spirits tonight :)
I woke up at 6am, but ate some cereal and went back to bed. Mom tried to wake me up a few times around noon. She failed. I was so tired and couldn't move at all. I couldn't even turn on my otherside when one side got uncomfortable to lay on. Pretty pathetic stuff. My sleep and dreams are wearing me out! I've been dreaming a lot about fighting the forces of evil (sounds corny) and many times I'm a robot and I have so many defective parts, which I am desperately trying to fix. It seems like everytime I fix something or come close to it, two other things fall apart. I'm frantic and don't know what to do. When I wake, I think about how my dreams mirror my waking life in many ways, albeit using different imagery representing different aspects of my life. Is depression evil? I wish I wasn't falling apart. Whatever...
Brian called me sometime around 3:30pm, I think, but I couldn't take the phone much less talk to him. Finally around 5pm, I was able to crawl out of bed. The time I get out of bed is getting later and later :( Mom had just made potato salad so I ate that :) I called Brian at 6pm, right when the library was closing for the day, so he was very rushed and busy. He said he'll come over to pick up the cardboard castle for Pepper after he got off work. I was still debating whether to get dressed for the day or not at that point, so when he said he was coming over, I knew I did have to change out of my sleepwear. Around 6:20pm, Brian rang the doorbell and I showed him Fishbone playing atop her castle. Just then, Lyle called. I had to tell him I'll call back because Brian and I were going to Target for 1 hour. We had to be back in an hour because Mom and I were planning to go to Home Depot to buy geraniums, which were on sale, for the hanging baskets out front. He wanted stuff to clean his toilet and shower area. Since I only had $1, I couldn't buy anything :( When I have some money, I'll get the pretty bunny-shaped lights to decorate my room. Target actually has a lot of things I like. I like the colors they use in their merchandise. Someday....
I called Lyle when I got back and we "argued" about whether or not I'd drive up to give him the Salonpas. During that call, we decided to meet tomorrow when he came down for his qigong treatment(?) in Fremont and a board meeting in San Jose. I wasn't really convinced that I should wait till then. Salonpas works well for me and the extra exposure(?) until tomorrow should ease the pain somewhat... Anyway, I found out that Home Depot closed at 7:30pm and it was already 8pm when Mom and I got ready to leave. So, we went to Yoshinoya to get 3 beef (over rice) bowls and stop by Albertson's to get groceries instead. While we were out, I made up my mind that I should go to Richmond. I called Lyle again and was stubborn ;) I took the Salonpas and a beef bowl up to his office and we talked while he ate. He had his laptop ready for me when I got there. I had forgotten about that. He showed me the basics for that machine and I saw that he had already even installed a whole bunch of graphics software on it. Wow. He says he doesn't use it, but I'm not fully convinced about that. He had 3 games that I could install, if I wanted.
We talked about how maybe we first borns get all the "bad" genes from our parents. Lyle and I both have back trouble, allergies, asthma, etc while our siblings don't have it as bad or not at all. Humph. Mom had joked before about how I was her first "experiment," so she put a lot of time into me, but didn't know what she was doing all the time, and voila, a "defective" person. [That last sentence doesn't sound good in writing.] Lyle went around his work place looking for a T-shirt he wanted to give me on top of the dice and mugs. Instead, he found and gave me 2 bottles of grape juice (that are in what look like wine bottles and are produced by a winery using grapes used to make their wine), 5 Play Station2 games(!), 2 mouse pads one with the Gamer's logo and the other with the FiringSquad logo ("the best mouse pads in the world" said Lyle), 5 silver-colored folders with the Gamer's logo, a black mage doll from the Final Fantasy game, and Gamers.com stickers (taken from John Joh's room). I'm not sure if I'm remembering everything... I felt like I won some shopping spree contest or something :) It was totally unexpected.
On the way home I got lost for awhile trying to find my way back to the freeway. A cop passed me and I thought about asking for directions, but he drove away too quickly. I found my way later and the rest way uneventful.
[Hmmm...I wonder if Chudo's done. My hands and feet are freezing and I really should go to bed soon. I'll go ask. ... Ah, he just finished.]
