This PR was intially created by dependabot and updated manually as follow:

The AI binding shape was changed in cloudflare/workerd#4754 to hide private members using the # prefix. The second fixup update the tests to not look for those private members.

Bumps the workerd-and-workers-types group with 2 updates: workerd and @cloudflare/workers-types.
