People Views
A list of specific people is a handy thing, especially when it comes to communication. Selecting a subset of people is easy and once selected, Membee’s Actions feature makes it easy to email the list, export it, or even send the list to MailChimp or Constant Contact! Each time you access an existing list, Membee updates the list automatically.
Organization Views
Show me a list of all member companies who are platinum level members and within two regions. Easy. Selecting a subset of organizations really is easy and once selected, Membee’s Actions feature makes it easy to export the list to CSV or Excel. Each time you access an existing list, Membee updates the list automatically.
Membership Snapshot
How are we doing today? Membee’s Snapshot feature gathers a real time a membership breakdown by type (person vs. organization), membership level, and how many people you are tracking.

Each time a user logs in, Membee automatically adjusts the display of person information based on that user’s preferences and priorities.

I’m New
It is hard enough being a new team member or volunteer in a membership-based organization. There is a lot to learn about how the organization works, why it exists, etc. Membee lightens the learning “to do” list with an innovative “first time in” features to make getting to know the system that runs your organization as easy as possible.
Can You Show Me?
You bet! Membee uses two really cool tools to get you up to speed with a new feature. The first is an interactive “tutorial” that will walk you through how to do something. The second is a “checklist” that is a series of tutorials grouped together to guides you through a higher-level concept. For example, tutorials that help you configure and “Make Membee Yours”.
