Anniversary-based memberships setup your members to renew on the anniversary of when they joined.
Annual-based memberships setup your members to renew at the same time in the year such as January 1. You can customize the proration schedule that best suits your organization!
Automated Formula-Based Dues Calculation
If your membership model involves members paying a variable amount in dues based on some important metric such as their total revenues, acres in production, number of facilities, etc, you’re in luck!
Membee’s formula-based dues billing can calculate the proper dues amount automatically for you based on a value. When a new member supplies the value, Membee calculates their membership dues automatically for accurate billing.
Pay With a Credit Card or Issue an Invoice
With one of the supported payment gateways, you can receive payments immediately with a credit card from the new member upon sign up. Membee doesn’t charge transaction fees for any payments processed!
Some members may prefer traditional payment methods such as a check, cash, e-transfer, etc – not a problem! You can continue to offer those methods and an email will be sent with their invoice automatically.
Streamlined Vetting Process
If your organization requires new member submissions to be approved before the applicant can take advantage of all the member benefits, Membee’s streamlined vetting process allows you to easily approve and reject new memberships. Membee will keep you informed of any new members pending approval. When you’re ready to approve or reject a membership, the system will take you through a guided and automated workflow to wrap up your vetting process.
Store Credit Card Details for Checkouts & Renewal
You have the option to allow new members to store their credit card to make checkouts easier.
Storing their card can reduce event payments to a single click or use it for automatic membership renewal, making renewal easy and fully automatic for you and your member.
