Create unlimited meetings for any committee! Set a date, time, location, a description of what the meeting will cover, and even display the meeting in a calendar. You can display them in an existing calendar or create a unique calendar specific to the committee.

Track Who Attends a Committee Meeting

When scheduling your meetings, if your committee participants express they’re apologies for not being able to attend, you can remove them from the expected number of attendees. After a committee meeting is held, you can track who attended, keeping your meeting data and participation accurate.

Just setup a new meeting? Need to send a reminder for a meeting? Send the announcement email to all of your committee participants or send the email reminder in a single click. Both options are readily available for each of your committee meetings!

View the Meeting History for a Person

Wondering how a single person participates in different committee meetings? The Committee’s panel on a person’s record consolidates all the different committees they’re participating in and displays their meeting history, indicating which meetings they have attended and not.

Secure Website Content to Specific Committees

With the login & access roles feature, you can make any page on your website secured to a particular role. Only committee participants with the role can access that page and view content hidden behind login. For example, the Board of Directors page is only available to the participants in the “Board of Directors” committee.
