Member & Non-Member Event Pricing

Give your members a better price! Membee protects member event pricing with login. This ensures that only members can purchase and register at this price. You can make the member price visible to everyone so that non-members can see the value of being a member.

Automatically Display and Hide Early Bird Pricing

Membee makes it easy to provide a financial incentive to get event purchasers to sign up early. You simply give Membee the date and time of the early bird price and it takes care of the process of removing the registration and replacing it with the regular priced registration as your event approaches.

Control Quantities Available

Sometimes there are only limited quantites for specific registrations. Overselling an event may simply not be an option and it’s essential to account for no-shows to maximize the event’s revenue. The Capacity feature gives you control over the entire event and even for each item you wish to offer. You can set a near-capacity warning to stay notified when it’s coming close to full.

Sell Registrations to Specific Membership Statuses

Selling your event items at different prices for your gold, silver, and bronze members just got easy. Membee can sell specific event pricing to membership subsets. This means only those that meet the criteria can take advantage of the pricing. This way, your bronze level members won’t be able to purchase the special discounted gold level price.

Bundle Your Event Items into One Purchase

You can sell a group of your event items into one registration. By creating a packaged bundle sold at a discounted price, the value of the package increases and provides a larger incentive for registrants to participate in your event. Membee will automatically allocate the amount sold of each item included in the bundle for proper reporting.

Gather Custom Attendee Details

Every event is different. You can create custom fields for each event item on the fly to gather information from the registrants. Whether a meal or session choice, the custom fields help you capture the essential information. Every event in Membee has an event purchase confirmation email template you can modify. It is unique to the event and sends to the purchaser automatically when a purchase is made. The email includes key information such as date, time, location and the details of their registration or any other pertinent information you add so when delivered, it says exactly what you want it to say.

Send Unique Info Based on The Item Purchased

Need to send specific information when a specific item is purchased?
