I’ve been blessed to share life with my wonderful wife, Kerry, for over 12 and a half years. My faith is central to who I am, and I find deep joy in reading Scripture and diving into the Early Church writings. Alongside that, I run two websites: Truths in the Word
, where I explore and share Biblical insights, and W. James Wright
, my business site focused on affiliate marketing.

For years, I’ve worked in the affiliate marketing space, helping others find success online—a passion that still drives me today. After much thought and prayer (and wise counsel from friends in the industry), I’ve decided to put Christian radio on hold and move in a new direction. I’m excited to see where God leads next.

  • Proverbs Chapter 9

1 Wisdom has built her house; she has carved its seven columns. 2 She has prepared a great banquet, mixed the wines, and set the table. 3 She has sent her servants to invite everyone to come. She calls out from the heights overlooking the city. 4 “Come in with me,” she urges the simple. To those who lack good judgment, she says, 5 “Come, eat my food, and drink the wine I have mixed. 6 Leave your simple ways behind, and begin to live; learn to use good judgment.” 7 Anyone who rebukes a mocker will get an insult in return. Anyone who corrects the wicked will get hurt. 8 So don’t bother correcting mockers; they will only hate you. But correct the wise, and they will love you. 9 Instruct the wise, and they will be even wiser. Teach the righteous, and they will learn even more. 10 Fear of the LORD is the foundation of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in good judgment. 11 Wisdom will multiply your days and add years to your life. 12 If you become wise, you will be the one to benefit. If you scorn wisdom, you will be the one to suffer.

  • Men, be careful on here. There are ladies on here who are not what they seem. They will message you with seemingly innocuous questions which I dont mind answering,. weather where you are, married etc (altho i state in my profile that I am) and my wife sees everything here anyway.

Then they want to talk privately. I am assuming that is off the site. In no way would i do that. Make sure to guard yourselves, your heart and relationships......

  • I love the Proverbs

    Proverbs 30: 7-9 (Modern Paraphrase)

I ask you for two things before I die—

Keep lies and falsehood far from me. And don’t make me rich or poor; just give me what I need for each day.

Because if I have too much, I might deny you and say, “Who needs the Lord?” But if I’m too poor, I might steal and dishonor your name.

  • Had the privilege last night of going to my Step daughter's Baptism in Port Moody BC in the open water. It was wonderful to hear her testimony and that she found her way back to God after a jaunt in the wilderness. As someone who has been down that road in the past it was amazing to know that God is still working on the hearts and minds of young people and they havent all been caught up in the things of the world.

There is so much going on in the world that is difficult to keep up. Have a blessed day

  • I woke up with this verse on my mind this morning.

    Isaiah 26:3
    Amplified Bible
    3
“You will keep in [a]perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both [b]inclination and character],
Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].

    Footnotes
Isaiah 26:3 Lit peace, peace, a Hebrew idiom of emphasis.
Isaiah 26:3 The Hebrew word for inclination became a technical term in Jewish tradition, and the rabbis frequently referred to the “evil inclination” much in the same sense as the sin nature. They also recognized a “good inclination,” which the righteous choose to follow, and urged people to make their good inclination king over the evil inclination.

There is so much noise out there especially in the Political world and I was thinking do we just get caught up in this nonsense and do not keep our mind firmly on God and trusting in Him.

  • According to the Bible, specifically in the prophecies of Ezekiel and Revelation, several countries are predicted to come against Israel in the latter days. Here are the key nations mentioned:

Russia: Often identified as "Magog" in Ezekiel 38, which is interpreted as referring to Russia due to its geographical location north of Israel.

Turkey: Mentioned as "Meshech" and "Tubal" in Ezekiel 38, which are believed to refer to modern-day Turkey.

Iran: Identified as "Persia" in Ezekiel 38, which is known today as Iran.

Sudan: Referred to as "Ethiopia" in Ezekiel 38, which corresponds to modern-day Sudan.

Libya: Also mentioned in Ezekiel 38 as part of the coalition against Israel.

Egypt: Some interpretations include Egypt as part of the attacking nations, although it is not explicitly mentioned in Ezekiel 38 but is mentioned in other contexts

These nations are predicted to form a coalition to invade Israel, leading to a significant conflict known as the Battle of Gog and Magog. The Bible indicates that God will intervene supernaturally to defeat
    these enemies and protect Israel.

    Key Prophecies
Ezekiel 38: Describes the invasion by Gog and Magog, including Russia, Turkey, Iran, Sudan, and Libya.

Revelation 12 and 16: Mentions the gathering of the kings of the whole world for a war against Israel, culminating in the battle of Armageddon1.

Zechariah 12:2-3: Predicts that all nations will be gathered against Jerusalem, making it a heavy stone for all peoples1.

    Conclusion
The Bible prophecies indicate that a coalition of nations, including Russia, Turkey, Iran, Sudan, Libya, and possibly Egypt, will come against Israel in the latter days. These prophecies are found in Ezekiel 38, Revelation 12 and 16, and Zechariah 12:2-3.

Do you think we are seeing the beginning of this today as we get word that Russia is arming Lebanon against Israel?
