1543: Randy Saylor

Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minors

We are relieved to learn that a leader at a MAGA televangelist Mark Barclay’s central Michigan church has been convicted of sex crimes — the third such conviction in the past two years.

According to the Christian Post, Randy Saylor, Republican, and former pastor at Living Word Church, received a minimum 10-year prison sentence for sexually assaulting minors.  Midland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Beale sentenced the 73-year-old Saylor on Tuesday to between 10 and 25 years of prison, as well as lifetime monitoring on the Michigan Sex Offender Registry.

A Midland County jury found Randolph guilty of one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13, two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a relationship, and three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a relationship.

These charges followed Saylor’s arrest earlier in May 2024, when he was accused of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person younger than 13, as well as second-degree criminal sexual conduct for incidents that allegedly occurred in 2018.

Below we have provided you with the court records related to this not-family-values case in a pdf file you can share with all your special “family-value” minded family members who embrace the pseudo values these types try to preach to normal people.

We could dig deeper using OSINT information to expose any breached online CSAM forums he may have been a member of, but we must move on.

Political Affiliation

Any guesses who Randy Jay Saylor supported and who might have been his role model while he was exploiting children?  Who were Randy’s main influencers? He seems to have something sinister in common with a higher-up in the White House.  “Young nubile girls” was preferred within certain type of circles, the ill-looking man in the White House once said.  Certainly conservative men in power are obligated to receive sexual favors from pure unadulterated girls, no?  Like, the female should submit because of a man’s misconstrued interpretation of his religion, for sure right?

To summarize, seven counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim 13 or younger, according to real court records. This does not demonstrate family values for any American.

1540: James Michael Hadley

This internet search confirms to the public that James Hadley 66, of Barnegat NJ, a college dean, youth sports coach is accused of child sexual assault. Mr Hadley was charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, second-degree luring a minor to commit a sexual act, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.

Hadley began serving as the dean of the School of Business and Social Sciences at Ocean County College, according to his LinkedIn profile. He also worked as a lecturer at the community college and as an adjunct professor at Kean University, in addition to participating in various volunteer activities involving children.

Authorities said Hadley traveled from Ocean County to Pleasantville to meet a child for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act, and was arrested upon arrival.

When he arrived, detectives from the Pleasantville Police Department and the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit took him into custody.

Investigators said Hadley had met with the child on at least two prior occasions and paid the child to perform sexual acts.

CASE DETAILS

The charges against Hadley are accusations. Under New Jersey law, defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.  The case will proceed to Atlantic County Superior Court with a detention hearing tentatively scheduled for March 18, 2026. James M. Hadley appeared in Superior Court on April 24 for a pre-indictment conference before Atlantic County Superior Court Judge Joseph Levin, where Atlantic County Assistant Prosecutor Jasmine Ostrow told the court the case is moving forward. “This case will be going to the grand jury,” Ostrow said. She also said investigators have uncovered additional evidence that could expand the charges.

Ostrow told the court that investigators reviewing Hadley’s electronic devices located numbers of files she described as child sexual abuse material, commonly referred to as CSAM. The discovery is expected to result in an additional second-degree charge when the case is presented to the grand jury. “We did locate over 1,000 items of CSAM,” Ostrow said.

POLITICAL AFFILIATION

We have confirmed after checking public records, and to no surprise, Mr. Hadley is an active registered Republican with an unconscionable desire to engage in child sex related activities.  Patterns by prominent public figures cannot be concealed, and abusing children while attacking normal human beings in the public eye is not tolerable in today’s society.

Call out in a loud voice and reject those so called leaders with no basic core principles such as honesty, trust, and truth.  We have kept all the receipts of those who claim righteousness on one hand and engage in evil on the other.

1484: Joseph Burkhart

Joseph Burkhart

Joseph Burkhart was a Republican at-large city council member in Bellevue, Ohio, when he was arrested in September, 2025. At the time, he was indicted on seven charges. In October, a grand jury indicted him on twenty-two charges, eighteen of which are felonies. At the time of his indictment, he was the Chair of the public safety committee. He remained on the November general election ballot in Sandusky County. Bellevue lies at the intersection of Erie, Huron, Seneca, and Sandusky counties. That is why he was arrested by Huron County deputies and is on the Sandusky County general election ballot. He got 11% of the vote.

Police were called out to a domestic incident where Burkhart is said to have broken in to a home. They called in the Huron County Sheriff’s Office as Burkhart was on the City Council and this created a conflict of interest, or at least the appearance. The original charges included strangulation, burglary, and drug possession. (He ran from police who saw him tossing drugs as he ran.) The current charges are:

  • Three counts of menacing by stalking, a 4th-degree felony;
  • Three counts of drug possession, a 1st-degree misdemeanor;
  • Two counts of tampering with evidence, a 3rd-degree felony;
  • Two counts of aggravated drug possession, a 5th-degree felony;
  • Two counts of telecommunications harassment, a 1st-degree misdemeanor;
  • One count of aggravated burglary, a 1st-degree felony;
  • One count of strangulation, a 2nd-degree felony;
  • One count of grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, a 3rd-degree felony;

  • Strangulation, a 4th -degree felony, for one count;
  • Theft of Drugs, a 4th-degree felony, for one count;
  • One count of obstructing official business, a 5th-degree felony;
  • One count of theft, a 5th-degree felony;
  • One count of drug trafficking, a 5th-degree felony; and
  • One count of assault, a 1st-degree misdemeanor.

The charge for strangulation notes that the person was either a family member or a romantic connection. The menacing by stalking charged noted he has a history of violence.

1456: Ty Burns

Ty Burns

Ty Burns represented the 35th District in Oklahoma’s House of Representatives until he resigned in August, 2025, after pleading guilty to one count of domestic violence and two counts assault.

He was given three concurrent sentences of one-year suspended sentences and mandatory domestic violence counseling/intervention training. After his suspended sentences end, he will also serve one year of unsupervised probation. Since the sentences are suspended, he will serve no jail time at all, but the convictions will remain on his record.

He initially planned to simply step back from leadership but with calls to resign from the Governor and others in his own party, he decided to resign from the legislature. He blamed PTSD from his military and police service for his actions.

1347: Doug Brown

Doug Brown

Doug Brown is the chair of the Buncombe County, North Carolina, Republican Party. He remains the chair despite being found guilty of assaulting a woman at a local town hall meeting of Republicans. The woman he shoved is a registered Republican, a member of the local school board.

She had been censured by the party for opposing a measure to change how school board members are elected, a tactic to increase the number of GOP board members on the board. She also supported Democratic school board candidates who also opposed the measure.

The altercation led to him shoving her, something he characterizes as a brotherly/sisterly gesture.

The judge declared he was clearly guilty beyond a reasonable doubt but given the state of politics today, this was par for the course and gave him no punishment so long as he doesn’t do anything similar in the coming year.
