Child Rape & Sodomy

48-year-old Kentucky resident Zachary King, the former executive pastor of LexCity Church, pleaded guilty to seven felony counts in Fayette Circuit Court on Monday May 25th, 2026.

Officials say King pleaded guilty to first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor with a victim under 18, third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.

The Lexington-Herald reports Mr. King was arrested in July of 2024 after investigators determined he raped a 15-year-old for more than a year between January 2023 and April 2024. The incidents happened at the pastor’s home, the minor’s home and at the former pastor’s church, according to court documents.

At least once, according to state investigators, the pastor restrained the girl when he raped her. He also confessed to using Snapchat and WhatsApp to exchange sexually explicit images with her.

LexCity Church

LexCity Church, formerly known as Quest Community Church, closed in July 2024 due to financial difficulties and an ongoing investigation into its former executive pastor, Zachary King, who faced multiple felony charges, including rape. The church’s property was later sold to the Ukrainian Pentecostal Church. 

Further investigation on a church accountability site reveals confirmation of the disappointing  events.    

COURT DOCUMENTS

According to Kentucky Court of Justice’s CourtNet application, Mr. King is due back in court on June 4th, 2026 for sentencing.  No case documents are available at this time.  In a normal world these events do not happen.

Unfortunately it is not allowed to dig deep into public voter records in the state of Kentucky to further prove our suspicion and demonstrate without doubt the continuance of an unsettling trend of influential hard-line conservatives having their way with young nubile girls as if it was totally normal.  The open-minded cultures of today respect all people and display none of these sinister behaviors– it has to stop.

Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minors

We are relieved to learn that a leader at a MAGA televangelist Mark Barclay’s central Michigan church has been convicted of sex crimes — the third such conviction in the past two years.  

According to the Christian Post, Randy Saylor, Republican, and former pastor at Living Word Church, received a minimum 10-year prison sentence for sexually assaulting minors.  Midland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Beale sentenced the 73-year-old Saylor on Tuesday to between 10 and 25 years of prison, as well as lifetime monitoring on the Michigan Sex Offender Registry.

A Midland County jury found Randolph guilty of one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13, two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a relationship, and three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a relationship.

These charges followed Saylor’s arrest earlier in May 2024, when he was accused of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person younger than 13, as well as second-degree criminal sexual conduct for incidents that allegedly occurred in 2018.

Political Affiliation

Any guesses who Randy Jay Saylor supported and who might have been his role model while he was exploiting children?  Who were Randy’s main influencers? He seems to have something sinister in common with a higher-up in the White House.  “Young nubile girls” was preferred within certain type of circles, the ill-looking man in the White House once said.  Certainly conservative men in power are obligated to receive sexual favors from pure unadulterated girls, no?  Like, the female should submit because of a man’s misconstrued interpretation of his religion, for sure right?

This internet search confirms to the public that James Hadley 66, of Barnegat NJ, a college dean, youth sports coach is accused of child sexual assault. Mr Hadley was charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, second-degree luring a minor to commit a sexual act, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.

Hadley began serving as the dean of the School of Business and Social Sciences at Ocean County College, according to his LinkedIn profile. He also worked as a lecturer at the community college and as an adjunct professor at Kean University, in addition to participating in various volunteer activities involving children.

Authorities said Hadley traveled from Ocean County to Pleasantville to meet a child for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act, and was arrested upon arrival.

When he arrived, detectives from the Pleasantville Police Department and the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit took him into custody.

Investigators said Hadley had met with the child on at least two prior occasions and paid the child to perform sexual acts.

CASE DETAILS

The charges against Hadley are accusations. Under New Jersey law, defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.  The case will proceed to Atlantic County Superior Court with a detention hearing tentatively scheduled for March 18, 2026. James M. Hadley appeared in Superior Court on April 24 for a pre-indictment conference before Atlantic County Superior Court Judge Joseph Levin, where Atlantic County Assistant Prosecutor Jasmine Ostrow told the court the case is moving forward. “This case will be going to the grand jury,” Ostrow said. She also said investigators have uncovered additional evidence that could expand the charges.

Ostrow told the court that investigators reviewing Hadley’s electronic devices located numbers of files she described as child sexual abuse material, commonly referred to as CSAM. The discovery is expected to result in an additional second-degree charge when the case is presented to the grand jury. “We did locate over 1,000 items of CSAM,” Ostrow said.

POLITICAL AFFILIATION

We have confirmed after checking public records, and to no surprise, Mr. Hadley is an active registered Republican with an unconscionable desire to engage in child sex related activities.  Patterns by prominent public figures cannot be concealed, and abusing children while attacking normal human beings in the public eye is not tolerable in today’s society.   

Call out in a loud voice and reject those so called leaders with no basic core principles such as honesty, trust, and truth.  We have kept all the receipts of those who claim righteousness on one hand and engage in evil on the other.

Ernest D. McCarthy, 83, of East Toledo is a former Republican candidate for state Senate and Toledo City Council has been indicted on charges related to possessing child pornography.

Mr. McCarthy was arrested Oct. 30 on a single count of pandering obscenity involving a minor and booked into the Lucas County jail. McCarthy was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury on nine counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, seven counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, and four counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person.  

McCarthy was sentenced to 20–21 years after pleading guilty to 15 felony child sexual abuse material charges involving victims as young as 2.

According to the court records for that arrest, on Dec. 5, 2022, he downloaded an image of a minor female engaged in sexual intercourse. Our readers can view this PDF showing a criminal background check for confirmation on this incident as further evidence.

POLITICAL BACKGROUND

Mr. McCarthy ran twice for city council — once in 2013 for an at-large seat and then again in 2015 for District 3 — and one time in 2014 for state Senate.

In 2017, the Lucas County Republican Party nominated Mr. McCarthy to fill a vacancy on the Lucas County Board of Elections, but the nomination was rejected by then-Secretary of State Jon Husted.
