…`truncGE` truncation (#19544) Given an embedding `e` of complex shapes which satisfies `e.IsTruncGE`, we define the canonical (natural) epimorphism `K.πTruncGE e : K ⟶ K.truncGE e` from a complex to its canonical truncation.
