This PR removes 68 low-usage asdf plugins from the registry to reduce maintenance burden. All removed plugins had fewer than 10 users per month and were either asdf-only or asdf-primary (no alternative backends like aqua/vfox/github). The zprint plugin was intentionally kept as it uses a github backend rather than asdf.
Changes:
- Removed 68 tool definitions from registry.toml
- All removed tools were asdf-only or asdf-primary implementations
- Focused on tools with low monthly usage (<10 users)

Tool with github backend incorrectly removed

The grails tool was removed despite having a github:apache/grails-core backend as an alternative to its asdf backend. The PR description explicitly states that tools with alternative backends like github should be kept (citing zprint as an example that was kept for this reason). This removal contradicts the stated criteria and may break users relying on the github backend for grails.
