The completion command executes two separate mise commands on every invocation. Consider whether mise could provide a single command that returns both registry and installed tools to reduce completion latency.

The bash completion uses sort -u while the TypeScript version uses uniq. For consistency and correctness, bash should also use sort -u since uniq only removes consecutive duplicates and the output may not be sorted. The current implementation is correct, but this inconsistency with the TypeScript approach could cause confusion.
Changes the `mise upgrade` command to use `INSTALLED_TOOL@VERSION` instead of `TOOL@VERSION` for shell completions. This makes more sense since you can only upgrade tools that are already installed. The `installed_tool@version` completer shows only installed tools (including non-registry tools like `aqua:foo/bar`), which is the correct behavior for the upgrade command.
