Why?
====
When running wildcard task patterns like `mise run '//...:format'` or
multiple monorepo tasks via `:::` syntax, tasks with relative
dependencies (e.g., `depends = [":bootstrap"]`) would fail with
"task not found: :bootstrap". Individual task execution worked fine.
The bug was in `resolve_depends()` which uses `any()` to check if new
path hints were discovered:
new_hints.iter().any(|h| all_path_hints.insert(h.clone()))
Since `any()` short-circuits on the first `true` value, and
`HashSet::insert()` returns `true` when newly inserted, only the first
path hint was ever added. Tasks from other project directories were
never loaded, causing dependency resolution to fail.
How?
===
- Added debug output to trace path hint discovery and task loading
- Confirmed `all_path_hints` only contained first project path
- Replaced with a simple for loop that inserts all hints
- Added e2e tests for both wildcard and `:::` syntax with relative deps
- Verified fix with manual testing and full test suite
