Missing files section for nested binary path

The aqua registry entry for smithy is missing a files: section to specify the binary path within the archive. The old configuration in registry.toml used bin_path = "smithy-cli-darwin-aarch64/bin", indicating the binary is nested at smithy-cli-{os}-{arch}/bin/smithy. Other aqua registries like bat and kubelogin use files: with a src: path for nested binaries. Without this configuration, aqua cannot locate the smithy executable after extraction.

Version constraint doesn't match documented boundary
Low Severity
The version constraint uses semver("<= 1.47.0") for tar.gz format, but the PR description states the boundary is < 1.48.0. If smithy ever releases a patch version like 1.47.1, it would incorrectly receive the zip format instead of tar.gz. Using semver("< 1.48.0") would match the documented behavior and handle potential future patch releases correctly.
