frameworkUri converts a dyLib filename into a framework name that obeys Apple's syntax rules.
The current frameworkUri implementation strips period characters from the filename, although they are allowed under Apple's rules.
This PR fix allows filenames to contain periods, e.g. myLib.1.2.3
