Various agents read .agents/rules/ for rules that must always be respected.

Add a rule about always addressing all lints and running the formatter.

I don't think it's that obvious how to run all the various tests in the repo.

This seems to run analysis on everything which is really slow and slows down agents.

A) that is a cool flag I didnt know existed. B) I agree with @dcharkes that letting the agent pick the files makes the most sense for getting the agent to run it constantly as it works.

Without doing extra work can you add links to the systems (or their docs) that you think reads these rules files. Specifically I want to understand the "trigger: always_on" option and what other choices I can pick for other rules.
