This PR removes Material imports from:

  • sliversemantics_test.dart
  • navigator_on_did_remove_page_test.dart
  • editable_text_shortcuts_test.dart

part of: #177415

Code Review

This pull request removes sliversemantics_test.dart from the cross-import check exclusion list and updates the test file to use the widgets library instead of the material library. The changes also simplify the test widget tree by replacing Card widgets with Padding and flattening TestSemantics structures. I have no feedback to provide.
