The conditional check for "Apple Git" and the use of an array for options can be simplified. Passing -c core.multiPackIndex=false is safe for all Git versions supported by Flutter (2.x+) and will be ignored by versions that do not recognize the setting. This avoids the overhead of an extra process call to git --version and makes the script more robust and readable, adhering to the philosophy of writing only what is needed (Repository Style Guide, Lines 29 and 31).

This PR disables the multi-pack-index config when running `git ls-tree` to workaround this issue. Flutter iOS and macOS apps call
flutter assemblefrom within Xcode. However, Xcode uses it's own version of git instead of the user's. This causes an multi-pack-index incompatibility.This PR disables the multi-pack-index config when running
git ls-treeto workaround this issue.Fixes #184376.
