Dashboard

The Cleanly Dashboard provides an at-a-glance summary of your booking and payment activities. It’s the first page you see when you access Cleanly and offers quick insights into your business performance.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Cleanly.
  2. Click on Dashboard. This is the default view when you first open Cleanly.

Dashboard Sections

The Cleanly Dashboard is organized into several key sections:

1. Booking overview

This section provides a graphical representation of your booking trends and financial data over time.

  • Filter by Completion Status and Time:
    • Use the first dropdown menu (e.g., “Completed”) to filter the graph data by the completion status of bookings.
    • Use the second dropdown menu (e.g., “This month”) to select the time period for the graph (e.g., “Today,” “This Week,” “This Month,” “Last Month,” “This Year”).
  • Order Reports Graph:
    • The line graph visually displays your “Total,” “Discount,” “Vat/Tax,” “Deposit,” and “Due” amounts over the selected period.
    • Hovering over data points on the graph will show specific values for that date.
    • The legend below the graph explains what each color line represents.

2. Booking history

This section provides quick summary numbers related to your bookings.

  • Total Order: The total number of bookings received.
  • Total Income: The total revenue generated from all bookings.
  • Recent Orders: Displays the most recent bookings.
  • View Orders: Click this button to navigate directly to the “All Booking” page, where you can see a detailed list of all orders.

3. Total summary

This section offers a breakdown of your financial metrics.

  • Total Amount: The total value of all bookings (gross amount).
  • Total Deposit: The total amount collected as deposits.
  • Total Due: The remaining amount that customers still owe.
  • Total Income: The total revenue received.
  • Visual Breakdown: A colored bar chart visually represents the proportions of Total Amount, Total Deposit, Total Due, and Total Income.

4. Orders summary

This section provides a quick summary of orders and income for different periods.

  • Current Month:
    • Order: Number of orders in the current month.
    • Amount: Total income for the current month.
  • Today:
    • Order: Number of orders today.
    • Amount: Total income for today.
  • Last Month:
    • Order: Number of orders in the last month.
    • Amount: Total income for the last month.
  • All Time:
    • Order: Total number of orders ever received.
    • Amount: Total income ever generated.

5. Payment getways

This section displays the total income received through each configured payment gateway.

  • Card (Stripe): Income received via Stripe.
  • Cash | Offline Payment: Income received via cash or other offline methods.
  • WooCommerce Payment: Income received through WooCommerce.
  • PayPal: Income received via PayPal.
    • Note: If you have other payment gateways integrated, they will also appear here.
