All Booking

The “All Booking” section provides a comprehensive overview of all bookings made through your Cleanly system. From here, you can view, manage, filter, and search for specific bookings.

Accessing the “All Booking” Section

  1. From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Cleanly.
  2. Click on All Booking.

Overview of the “All Booking” Page

The “All Booking” page displays a table of all recorded bookings with various details.

  • At a Glance:
    • All (X): Shows the total number of bookings.
    • Published (Y): Shows the number of currently active or confirmed bookings.

Managing Bookings

You can perform bulk actions on selected bookings:

  • Bulk actions:
    • Select one or more bookings by checking the box next to their “Email Address.”
    • Choose an action from the “Bulk actions” dropdown (e.g., “Delete,” “Mark as Completed,” “Mark as Pending”).
    • Click the Apply button to execute the chosen action.

Filtering and Searching Bookings

The “All Booking” page offers several filtering and search options to help you quickly find specific bookings.

  • Filter by Dates:
    • Select a predefined date range from the “All dates” dropdown (e.g., “This Month,” “Last 7 Days”).
  • Filter by Status:
    • Select a booking status from the “Status” dropdown (e.g., “Pending,” “Completed,” “Cancelled,” “Expired”).
  • Filter by Branch:
    • If you have multiple branches configured, select a specific branch from the “by Branch” dropdown to view bookings only for that branch.
  • Custom Date Range Filter:
    • Use the “mm/dd/yyyy” fields to specify a custom start and end date for your search.
    • Enter the month, day, and year in the respective fields.
  • Applying Filters:
    • After selecting your desired filters, click the Filter button to apply them and refresh the booking list.
  • Search Booking:
    • Use the search bar on the right side of the page to search for bookings by keywords (e.g., customer name, email address, invoice number).
    • Enter your search query and click the Search Booking button.

Booking Details Table

The main table displays the following information for each booking:

  • Checkbox: Used to select individual bookings for bulk actions.
  • Email Address: The email address of the customer who made the booking.
  • Order Details:
    • Invoice No.: The unique invoice number for the booking.
    • Date & Time: The date and time the service is scheduled for.
  • Customer Info:
    • Name: The name of the customer.
    • Phone Number: The customer’s contact phone number.
  • Amount Details:
    • Subtotal: The base cost of the services.
    • Discount: Any discount applied to the booking.
    • VAT/Tax: Applicable taxes (e.g., “$0.00” in the example).
    • Total: The final amount payable for the booking.
  • Branch by: The branch associated with the booking (e.g., “Main Branch”).
  • Payment Status: The current payment status of the booking (e.g., “Expired,” “Paid,” “Pending”).
  • Date: The date the booking record was published or created in the system.
