Location Coverage

This section requires you to input your business’s precise geographical coordinates and define how distance is measured for booking purposes.

1. Latitude

  • Input Field: Enter the latitude coordinate for your business location.
  • Example Value: 32.9697
  • Important Note: Do not use special characters like & in this field. This should be a numerical value.

2. Longitude

  • Input Field: Enter the longitude coordinate for your business location.
  • Example Value: -96.80322
  • Important Note: Do not use special characters like & in this field. This should be a numerical value.

3. Distance Type

This setting determines the unit of measurement used for calculating distances related to your services.

  • Options:
    • Miles: Select this checkbox if you want distances to be calculated and displayed in miles.
    • Kilometers: Select this checkbox if you want distances to be calculated and displayed in kilometers. This is the selected option in the example image.
    • Nautical Miles: Select this checkbox if you want distances to be calculated and displayed in nautical miles.
  • Recommendation: Choose the distance type that is most commonly understood and preferred by your target customers.

4. Distance (Global)

This field allows you to set a global service distance limit.

  • Input Field: Enter a numerical value.
  • Example Value: 0
  • Functionality:
    • Set this number to define a maximum distance from your business location within which you offer services.
    • If you set a value greater than 0, the system will apply distance logic to the booking form, potentially preventing bookings from locations outside this radius.
    • 0 is default: When set to 0, it means no distance logic is applied to the booking form. This effectively means you serve all locations regardless of distance, or you manage service areas through other means.

Saving Your Changes

  • After making any modifications to these settings, always remember to save your changes. The “Save All Changes” button is typically located at the top right or bottom right of the Cleanly settings pages

This feature enables you to define specific service distances for different states or regions, providing more granular control over your service coverage.

1. Enable multiple distance

  • Toggle Switch:
    • Toggle this switch ON (as shown in the image) to activate the multiple distance functionality.
    • Toggle this switch OFF to disable it and rely solely on the global distance settings (if configured).

2. Setup State

This section allows you to add and configure individual states or regions with their own specific distance settings. In the image, “California” and “New_York” are already set up.

  • Adding a New State: (Not explicitly shown in the image, but implied by the existing entries) There should be an option or button to add a new state.
  • Expanding/Collapsing State Details:
    • Click on the arrow icon (>) next to a state name (e.g., “California”, “New_York”) to expand or collapse its configuration details.
  • Removing a State:
    • Click on the red “x” icon next to a state name to remove that state’s custom distance settings.

Configuration for Each State (e.g., New_York)

When you expand a state’s details, you will see the following fields:

  • Label:

    • Input Field: Enter the maximum service distance (in the unit defined in the “Business Location” settings – Miles, Kilometers, or Nautical Miles) for this particular state.
    • Value 0: If you set this to 0, the system will revert to applying the global distance set in the “Business Location” section for this state.
    • Custom Value: Any value greater than 0 will override the global distance for this state.
    • Example Value: 20 (meaning 20 units of distance from the Latitude/Longitude for this state).
  • Latitude:
    • Input Field: Enter the latitude coordinate that defines the central or primary service point for this specific state.
    • Important Note: Do not use special characters like & in this field. This should be a numerical value.
