We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase for any reason, contact us and we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is in its original, unopened condition with the induction seal intact.
  • The product has not been damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or misuse.
  • You can provide your order number as proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research compounds and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken or missing induction seals (unless the damage occurred during shipping).
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Products purchased as part of a clearance or final-sale promotion.
  • Products that have been improperly stored (e.g., exposed to heat, light, or moisture beyond stated storage requirements).

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund within 3 to 5 business days of confirming your claim.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and building reception areas.
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number.

For packages that are confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start the return or refund process:

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Our support team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: Chemyo covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse you for reasonable shipping expenses.
  • All other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Cryptocurrency refunds are processed at the value of the original transaction in USD, converted to the relevant cryptocurrency at the time of the refund.
